Cons:

The receptionist's behavior was awful. She was incredibly condescending, acting like she was doing us a favor by letting us stay there for free. To make matters worse, the rooms were filthy, outdated, and smelled terrible. Avoid this place at all costs—I absolutely do not recommend it.

The wifi was the best out of all the hotels we stayed at in Austria. I liked their effort to reduce waste. Room was spacious and clean.

Super zentrale Lage! Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Seeehhhhrr abgewohnt und ungepflegtes Haus. Hatte keinen Luxus erwartet, aber das war schon sehr schäbig. Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, sowohl beim Check in und Check out. Auch vorab, Nachrichten wurden erst nach Nachfragen beantwortet und dann nicht vollständig. Im persönlichen Gespräch gab es auch keine Antworten, sondern nur der Hinweis, wo ich die Antwort nachlesen kann. Die Herzlichkeit, die ich bisher immer in anderen Hotels in Salzburg und Umgebung (selbst in der Jugendherberge) erlebt habe, war hier gar nicht gegeben. WLAN konnte zwar verbunden werden, aber es bestand aus dem WLAN keine Internetverbindung.

Space was not clean and outdated. The property double charged me for the room and the front desk has failed to refund me nor do they answer the telephone.

Boa localização. Pequeno almoço razoável. Limpeza razoável.

Cons:

Instalações antigas e degradadas. Alguns membros do staff (penso que se chamava Cármen) rudes e condescendentes. Não voltaria a ficar neste hotel.
