Unclean hotel and unresponsive staff
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The staff were quite rude and not helpful in answering my questions. I accidentally paid twice for this apartment (on arrival at check in it said I had not paid yet) and they never responded to my messages when asking for a refund.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre avec des lits séparés,l'un au bout de l'autre. Pas de ventilateur dans notre chambre chez nos amis oui. Pas de parking à l'hôtel . Un parking public à proximité mais cher. Après le dîner je me suis garé dehors dans une rue proche de l'hôtel.
L'hôtel est dans son jus et mérite une rénovation. Douche dans la baignoire avec pare-douche pas facile à "escalader"pour y rentrer pour note ami de 79 ans.
Les banquettes de la salle du petit-déjeuner ont les dossiers effilochés très abimés ça fait hôtel en déclin.
Le prix de 155 € es trop élevé pour la moitié 75€ je n'aurais rien dit . C'est un endroit à éviter

Pros:

The check in and check out process was very easy. Welcoming, helpful and pleasant staff.
The location was brilliant… about 5-10 mins walk from the centre.
My bed was a bit soft but I have a bad back so have to have a hard bed… not an average requirement!
We were in a slightly older hotel just across the road from the newer , main hotel but it was fine. Nice rooms, nice showers not noisy.

„Top Lage des Hotels. Die Ausstattung ist für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, daher können wir dazu keine Bewertung abgeben.“

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, wodurch es im Zimmer sehr heiß war. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken.

Zudem hatte ich über Booking.com ein Zimmer mit Parkplatz gebucht, musste für das Parken jedoch zusätzlich einen recht hohen Betrag bezahlen. Das fand ich nicht transparent und nicht in Ordnung.

Der Rezeptionist bei der Anreise am Freitag war leider sehr unfreundlich. Das Personal am Abend sowie am nächsten Morgen war hingegen freundlich und hilfsbereit.
