Pros:

Günstige Lage im Nahbereich des Zentrums, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Zimmer lag straßenseitig, keine Klimaanlage, deshalb mussten die Fenster offen gelassen werden --> unglaublich laut, kaum geschlafen!

Great location but bad internet.
Pros:

The location is perfect as there is a bus station just adjacent the apartment.

Cons:

The internet is bad. It keeps disconnecting. I had to use my hotspot. That’s very unfortunate.

Stadtnah & für einen Wochenendtrip gut geeignet
Pros:

Hotel liegt gut - recht Stadtnah - mit Buslinie 1 vom Bahnhof in 10 Minuten da (Ausstieg Reichenhaller Straße) / Betten gemütlich. Hatten ein Zimmer im Bau gegenüber mit einer großen Terrasse (das war sehr schön & gemütlich). Trotz grösserer Strasse vorm Hotel recht ruhig. Frühstück oder ähnliches hatten wir nicht genützt, da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, wurde dort mehr oder weniger nur geschlafen.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Es wurde geputzt.
Die Lage ist sehr praktisch (direkte Busverbindung zum Bahnhof, kurzer Fußweg durch Neutor-Tunnel zur Altstadt).

Cons:

Chaos-Personal: völlig falsche Infos, ob/dass bereits bezahlt wurde - incl. Nachforderung per Mail.
Zimmer mäßig, v.a. für den Preis: Boden zerschlissen, Armaturen etc im Bad wacklig, Duscheingang so eng verbaut, dass Ein/Ausstieg Akrobatenarbeit, Bett extrem weich.
Alles in Allem: Einzelzimmer zur lauten Straße hin riecht nach Lufterfrischer, ist sehr schlicht und in die Jahre gekommen.
Zimmer in Jufa billiger und neuer!

Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit wenn man zu den Festspielen kommt, wunderbar passend.
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur kurzen Weg von der großen Festspielstätten, und das ist der Hauptgrund dieses Hotel zu wählen.
Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sauber, die Bettwäsche fein.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist extrem klein, für gerade eine Nacht geht´s, aber schon für 2 Nächte wäre es sehr einengend.
Die Matratze ist zu weich, die Decke und Polster synthetisch, d.h. sehr heiss. Alles ist etwas abgenutzt, aber gerade ok.

Ich kann immer wieder nur die tolle Lage betonen.
Pros:

Auf jeden Fall die sehr zentrale Lage sowie Bus-Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof. Die innerstädtischen Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, keine 5 Minuten zum Festspielhaus, Der telefonische Frage, ob ich meinen Regenschirm vergessen hätte, ein toller Service.

Cons:

Bei der Ankuft (Wochentag, 17:15 Uhr) war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, ins Hotel mit der "Notrufnummer" kam ich nur zufällig, als ander Gäste das Hotel verließen. Dann hat aber alles geklappt. Im Badezimmer war der Einstieg in die Dusche aufgrund des Waschbeckens etwas schwierig, Korpulente Gästen wären nicht reingekommen. Aber das ist baulich bedingt.
