Not happy

Your website said parking was available on site.
It was not.
We arrived on 7 motorcycles with nowhere to park???
After an extensive search in really hot weather we eventually had to leave thousands of pounds worth of bikes parked unsecurely in a street hundreds of meters from the hotel.
The hotel was no help at all.
We are extremely unhappy.

Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Hotel ist sehr alt und abgewohnt.

Abschließbare Fahrradgarage mit Lademöglichkeit war top.

Schäbiges Hotel in guter Lage und mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut (ist im Hotel gegenüber). Auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und würde einer Generalsanierung bedürfen. Mein Gesamteindruck des Hotels ist: schäbig. Überall finden sich Abnutzungserscheinungen (zb ist die Stiege an vielen Stellen abgebrochen, im Zimmer blättert auch Lack oder Farbe an verschiedenen Stellen ab, der Teppichboden weist im Gang zahlreiche Flecken auf, es muffelt im Zimmer). Mein Zimmer war zur Straße hin gelegen, bei offenem Fenster schlafen somit unmöglich. Im Zimmer selber gibt es aber keine Lüftung, nur ein kleines Standklimagerät. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich hier absolut nicht gegeben, für ca. 150 € pro Nacht erwartet man sich einen anderen Standard.

ロケーション抜群でスタッフは親切だが、老朽化が激しい
Pros:

朝食はビュッフェで、4つ星ホテルのスタンダードな朝食だが、19ユーロはかなりお得な値段だと思う。スタッフはみんな親切で、Salzburg Mobility のチケットもメールで連絡したら事前に送ってくれる。ロケーションは最高（祝祭劇場から徒歩5分）で、周囲は比較的静か。部屋の大きさも棚の収容キャパシティも充分。

Cons:

建物の老朽化だと思うが、部屋のブラインドが故障、セーフティ・ボックスは使えず（説明書きが要領を得ない＝ないボタンを押せと書いてある）。ロビーのコーヒー・ベンダーも滞在期間ずっと故障中。WiFi が弱すぎて使いものにならなかった。

Small details could improve a lot
Pros:

Location was good. Nice terrace and the blinds are great if you like to sleep in a dark room.

Cons:

The room was spacious and we had a nice terrace. Even though we asked for separate beds, they were put together and the pillows were way too old and fluffy. On the first morning I jumped in the shower, after I watered my hair I realized there was no shampoo, just soap, so my friend had to go to the rececption on the from building and ask for it. They told him the house keeper would bring it, but after half an hour I had to go myslef and look for her to ask myself. The water pressure was pretty bad as well.
The internet doesnt work at all. It connects but it lasts for a minute.
