Definitely not 5 star. Lucky to be 3.5-4 at best. Staff were attentive.

Sehr gute Lage. Afternoon Tea ist sehr gut (Tee und Snacks).

Cons:

Die Luft im Zimmer war leicht muffelig, vielleicht lag das an dem Regenzeit (sehr hohe Feuchtigkeit draußen). Der Pool und das Fitnessraum sind sehr klein.

The reception staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. All the hotel employees were excellent and provided outstanding service. The room was lovely, and the location was perfect, with everything nearby. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, although the selection of halal food was somewhat limited. Nevertheless, there were still some good options available. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely rate the hotel 10/10!

„Es war sehr schön! Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Der Page war sehr zuvorkommend, und die Rezeptionistin hat uns bei der Ankunft und beim Check-out sehr geholfen, da wir wegen eines Termins in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt etwas unter Zeitdruck standen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, von westlich bis vietnamesisch, bis hin zum klassischen Pho.
Das Hotel liegt mitten im lokalen Leben in Distrikt 1, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt.
Der kurze Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Ich komme gern wieder, wenn ich das nächste Mal geschäftlich in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt bin."

„It was lovely! We were warmly welcomed. The bellhop was very attentive, and the receptionist was extremely helpful at both check-in and check-out, as we were a bit short on time because of an appointment in Ho Chi Minh City.
The breakfast was delicious, ranging from Western to Vietnamese dishes, all the way to classic pho.
The hotel is right in the local life of District 1, so you can get everywhere quickly.
Our short stay was very pleasant. I'll gladly come back the next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh City on business."

Great stay.
Pros:

The location was great to explore ho chi Minh. The room was spacious but noisy. We could hear the guest in the other room and the AC or poolsysteem during the night.
