Pros:

Уже 3-4 раз останавливаюсь тут в Алматы, очень удобное расположение

Cons:

Завтраки стали хуже, кофе не вкусный, тарелок нет чистых в 10 утра, персонал не сильно заинтересован в помощи. Очень скудный выбор еды.
Под уставшие номера, душевая Лейка еле работает и льется вода со всех сторон, но не откуда надо

Отличный отель, остались только положительные впечатления! Мы приехали раньше времени заселения, и сотрудники любезно пошли нам навстречу заселили нас раньше, за что огромное спасибо. Нас было три подруги, и для нашего удобства дополнительно предоставили еще одну кровать. Персонал очень вежливый, отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь. Отель чистый, уютный, номера комфортные. Также хочется отметить отличное расположение - до многих достопримечательностей и нужных мест легко добраться. Рядом есть круглосуточный магазин, ресторан, а ещё парк)

Some staff are good . Special thanks to Mr. Lawyer he was very helpful

The air con was not working well . Last day of my stay it was not comfortable as it was very hot and the air con not working well

Pros:

Очень быстрый чекин. Интересный завтрак, много фруктов. Удачная локация.

Cons:

Были летом в жару, кондиционер в номере к ней не готов. Не самый удачный заход в бассейн

AC does not work, and it was really hot in the room. Also the hot water was fine, but the water pressure was too low for a proper shower.

Удобное расположение. Персонал замечательный. Очень вежливые и заботливые. У нас был радий выезд, и они нам положили свежий завтрак. Номер чистый.Завтрак хороший. Конечно думаю уже можно не много обновить ремонт) мы уже второй раз приезжаем к ним.

Pros:

Уже не в первый раз в этом отеле. Стабильно хороший уровень.
Отличные завтраки, зона СПА с саунами и бассейном. Небольшой фитнес зал. Рядом хороший парк, где можно погулять или побегать.

Cons:

Единственное замечание к шумным фанкойлам в номерах. Спать с включенными вентиляторами файнкойлов невозможно. И если обычно я их летом на ночь, когда солнце садится и спадает жара отключал и открывал окна, то сейчас в Алматы очень жарко и днём и ночью. Спать было не очень комфортно.
