Un hôtel uniquement bien sûr le papier !
Pros:

La piscine, le sauna et le hammam.

Cons:

L'odeur désagréable dans la chambre, le manque de propreté et le petit déjeuner très mauvais.

Perfect location and amazing staff
Pros:

Everything was great! Renion Park Hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of Green Bazaar, Panfilov Park, and Arbat Street. Taxi is so cheap to go around in the city from the hotel. The breakfast caters to both Mediterranean and Asian (with rice and noodles ;)) guest, and it’s such a nice touch that they provide a light breakfast pack if you have plans early in the morning.
The room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. We are family of 3 (Superior with extra bed), and we can move comfortably. The best part was the amazing staff, who were always willing to help and assist with any concerns or queries. Special thanks to Receptionist Stanislaw, Concierge Asset and amazing African guy. Their warm and attentive service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Klasse Stadthotel!
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage, leckeres Frühstück, entspannender Pool. Schön war es, abends draußen zu sitzen.

موقع الفندق يجعل تجربتك في الماتي ممتعة
Pros:

موقع رائع جدا قريب من شارع اربات الشهير وقريب من البازار الاخضر وحدقة كبيرة وبجوار مطعم تركي ممتاز وبقالة ومحل صرافة ومحلات ملابس جيدة.
موظفي الاستقبال ودودين ومتعاونين جدا خصوصا (سلطان- منصور)
الغرفة الي اخترتها 30 متر كانت واسعة جدا

رائعه واكرر التجربه عدة مرات وانصح به وبشده

موقعه و قربه من جميع الاماكن التي ينبغي زيارتها في الماتي
الموظفون جميعهم متعاونون وخاصه سلطان والموظف النيجيري
مكان الفطور جميييل و كان متنوع صراحة وطعم صراحة
الغرف كانت وسيعه ويضعون مستلزمات الحمام يوميا بدون طلب
اكرر زيارته رائع جدا
تستطيع الذهاب لشارع اربات مشي تقريبا 10 دقائق وحديقة 28 بانيلوف

عدم وجود شطاف في الحمام
والتكيف كان سيئ في احدى الغرف وعندما أخبرتهم وفروا لي مروحه
بس كان حر صراحه

Уже 3-4 раз останавливаюсь тут в Алматы, очень удобное расположение

Cons:

Завтраки стали хуже, кофе не вкусный, тарелок нет чистых в 10 утра, персонал не сильно заинтересован в помощи. Очень скудный выбор еды.
Под уставшие номера, душевая Лейка еле работает и льется вода со всех сторон, но не откуда надо
