Extremely happy with my stay.
Pros:

Lovely place to stay! Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and quiet.

Cons:

The door to the restaurant/entrance is locked at night. Not a problem on the weekend because the night staff sits inside at the desk, but on weekdays the phone number posted is not on WhatsApp. Challenging without a British number!

Good basic room, but not great in a heat wave
Pros:

A basic set up but nice quirky room design, not standard corporate stuff. Comfy bed. Good shower. Good location for alexander palace.

Cons:

We stayed during a heat wave and the room was like an oven. There was a fan but it didn't help much. We didn't get to sleep until about 4am.

Pros:

Good value for money. Located just next to a tube station. Smooth check in and check out. Basic and clean.

Cons:

The rooms face directly onto the main road. Even in the summer there are no fans or other cooling methods, which are. So you're forced to have the windows open onto the street that's extremely loud all night. Even with earplugs we struggled for sleep.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

The reception lady was lovely.

Cons:

The shared bathroom was not clean. The locks on the toilet didn't even work, the room is tiny and a very small double bed and very uncomfortable, no tv, boiling hot in the room and extremely loud throughout the night. No place to have tea/coffee, it smelt like fish in the corridors and it's meant to be 24 hour reception but we were locked outside the place for 20 minutes early this morning when we nipped out to grab a coffee.

Was just a bed for the night..
Cons:

I expected more for the rate..no coffee or tea facilities in room or foyer, no TV in room... whilst neat, the property definitely needs an upgrade..
