Cons:

Checking into my room was far more difficult than it should have. Empty reception without an indication of where the responsible staff was. After waiting and being ignored by the restaurant staff by a polite amount of time I managed to get their attention to get their colleague who eventually arrived vape in hand. Stay was fine but afterwards I was forced to come back because I was *assured* that I had left some of my belongings in my room. I was then handed these items which belonged to another guest. Might go for a PremierInn next time.

Buena ubicación pero deja que desear
Pros:

La ubicación, sin duda, es lo mejor del alojamiento. Especialmente si vas a ver un concierto o un evento a Tottenham Stadium. Está muy bien ubicado porque está al lado de la estación de tren y además al estadio hay un bus lanzadera.
El personal de hotel es amable. Los baños compartidos estaban limpios.

Cons:

Varias cosas. Para mí el hotel ha sido una decepción. En primer lugar, estabamos en ola de calor y estoy embarazada de 6 meses. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado ni ventilador, pero me dijeron que a veces había ventiladores disponibles a petición. Solicité uno, me dijeron que lo mirarían y no me dieron respuesta.
Si hace calor en la habitación debes abrir las ventanas de par en par. Había leído algunos comentarios sobre el ruido en las habitaciones pero jamás me esperaba que fuese tan exagerado. Dormí con tapones y aún así escuchaba absolutamente todo. Está situado en una calle principal y durante toda la noche se oyen sirenas, personas chillar, tirar cosas, incluso alguien taladrando a las 02:00 de la mañana. No conseguimos dormir en absoluto y la cama de la habitación es muy pequeña para dos personas.
Para el colmo, si tienes calor y quieres pegarte una ducha fría para despejarte, en las duchas solo hay agua caliente. Ardiendo. No sale agua fría por alguna extraña razón.
No volvería a quedarme en el hotel y me alegro que fuese solamente una noche.

Disappointing!
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful on arrival

Cons:

Shared bathroom facilities, the fixtures and fittings were poor and not maintained. The whole place needed attention, decoration wise, every fitting in bathroom was broken, or lightbulb not working. The lift also not working. It was a shame, as the online pictures showed a much better place.

Great Hotel in Wood Green, great value for money
Pros:

Art Hotel. Amazing environment. Great outside eating area, fantastic staff, gorgeous bed, hot shower with lovely towels and soaps.
Clean basic room.

Cons:

No hot breakfast available.

Tried to get a coffee and sit in the garden in the morning but, the catering team belong to the restaurant and they didnt open until 11am, would be great if they could have a few people in a bit earlier to make drinks.
