Excellent location, within walking distance to the waterfront.
Very small room for 2 double beds.
There's a narrow pool at an awkward location.
Anyone can enter the lobby and use the lift to reach at any level, no security code or pass required.
Even the room rates were prepaid, they hold a security deposit.

Close to attraction’s and shopping facilities
Unable to open bedroom window, felt a bit claustrophobic. Wouldn’t want to have a longer stay in this size room.
Close to waterfront and the Mall
Noise from the nearby bars was very loud
The location was great.
Staff were friendly.
This apartment had not been cleaned.
Mould in bathroom; both in the sink and in the shower.
Glass in shower had white residue.
Outer toilet bowl soiled.
Floor had not been swept.
Kitchen sink had residue and plugs had mould.
Bed head was soiled.
Whilst the place was dated, it was dissapointing that the place was not clean. I endes up purchasing my own cleaning supplies and cleaned just enough to be able to stay.
We had booked and prepaid via Booking.com - as he was a hire vehicle we asked for a car park to be reserved.
Check in was reasonably straightforward; hard to park out side the gated car park. Walked into southern entrance - there was a buzzer that let us in. The main hotel entrance is on the northern side.
Staff were friendly and welcoming upon checkin, gave us a remote for the car park gate entrance.(which is returned on check out).
The hotel foyer was clean, tidy and looked like new; porcelain tiled floors in all areas, foyer, hallways and rooms
Our room on the 3rd floor was very clean and tidy - seemingly new fixtures and fittings. Housekeeping refreshes the room daily or when required; note housekeeping of rooms is not undertaken on weekends or public holidays, unless guests checkout.
The hotel does have a laundry room with coin operated machines (separate washer and dryer). $6 each machine - takes only $1 and $2 coins. Being your own coins as the hotel cannot provide change.
Laundry detergent can be purchased from the hotel desk for $3 per sachet
The hotel is seemingly well maintained, with groundskeepers tidying gardens. The staff are friendly and hospitable. The is a small cafe at the front of the hotel main entrance and a day spa (chillax) opposite.
The bed was large but very firm, a little too firm (back ached some mornings).
Our room was equipped with an overhead fan and a r/c air conditioner positioned over the bed - we had to turn off during night was it was blowing cold air where we slept.
The placement of the aircon unit could have been thought through better.
The TV had 2 remotes - and was a weird setup.
The type of room safe was something we hadn’t seen before. It didn’t work - was locked when we arrived - we asked for it to be unlocked while we were out. On return, the safe had been unlocked so I followed the instructions exactly as on the safe information card (without anything in the safe to test). Unfortunately it had locked and couldn’t be reopened. I reported this to the front desk on checkout.
Also there were no small bedside reading lights - only overhead room down lights - too bright for reading while in bed
The hotel is located in the city centre. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The apartment was a great size and fully equipped.
Found a pair of tracksuit pants in one of the drawers. The curtains were difficult to open and close in one of the bedrooms.
