Avoid if you want to avoid drama
Cons:

I had to check out two days earlier than planned for personal reasons. I communicated this in advance and, despite staying only 3 nights, I agreed to pay for 4 days to be fair.

​Unfortunately, the host reacted in an extremely unprofessional and aggressive manner, shouting at me and blaming me for her tax and business issues. It is completely unacceptable to be verbally abusive toward guests because of a change in travel plans. I have stayed in many places, and this was the most unpleasant and hostile experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place if you want to be treated with basic respect.

Pros:

I like the rooms, the facility, the view, and how it is located. A few meters away right side of the property you can find the delicious restaurant and very cheap, on the left side of the property is a good and cosy cafe with perfect coffee. But the thing i love the most is the owner and the staff, we arrived in Dalat very early in the morning and they let us check in early which was an absolute star. Everything about this hotel and our stay was an absolute gem. Will definitely stay here again

Шикарный вид с балкона!
5-й этаж, на этаже всего два номера. Работает лифт.

Мебель хорошая и всё смотрится гармонично.
Персонал очень любезный!
Я вернусь в этот номер снова!

Cons:

Единственное что не понравилось — это маленькая сила напора воды в ванной и душ чуть-чуть подтекает. 🤷‍♂️
Остальное всё превосходно!

Надеюсь хозяин отеля исправит это, я ему показал на эту неприятность.
