Great location, quiet
Pros:

Great location. Not far away from a train station and easy access to busses. Breakfast was nice, but luckily we dodged the queues, because we always came early. In other case we'd need to wait for some time to be seated

Cons:

The profile of the hotel says that baby cots are available which was not true in our case. As a workaround a baby nest was provided

連續住三天，廁所明明就有垃圾卻也沒換！毛巾也不知道是有沒有換，雖然是乾的，但上面有幾根頭髮

ホテルに求める事が無く、ただ寝るだけなのでしたらおススメです

ゆっくりはできる、清潔感はあります。

年に何回が利用しておりますが、今回特に思った事を共有致します。
Wi-Fiのつながりが遅い、また1Fカフェの機械が途中で壊れてしまい、その際、コーヒーはこちら的な案内が不十分でした。
また、昼、夕方のカフェのお菓子？が訪れる度しょぼくなってきたと感じる。飲み物がなくなっていても補充が間に合わず、従業員の笑顔も少なく、教育がいまいちと感じる
今までは大浴場へ行くと色々なメーカーのシャンプー、トリートメントが置いてあったので大浴場の楽しみではあったのですがそちらもなくなっていた。（残念）、大浴場の女性パウダールームですが、ドライヤーの台数が足りず、
お風呂から上がってもすぐには髪を乾かせず、渋滞していました。ドライヤーに関して、他の京都のホテルでは、ナノイーのドライヤーなど、他のホテルと差別化を図っていたりしていて女性客を喜ばせる仕掛けをしています。基本女性に気に入られるホテルは繁盛すると思っているので
今後の努力をお願いいたします。今後の利用は今回宿泊して、他にしようかと初めて思いました

Solution pratique mais qui ne marque pas les esprits
Pros:

Emplacement stratégique pour explorer les alentours de Kyoto, toujours de belles attentions à chaque moment de la journée pour boire ou grignoter quelque chose, chambre plutôt spacieuse

Cons:

Fenêtres opaques et fixes, à déconseiller à ceux qui craignent l’enfermement. Le personnel est assez distant et les rapports humains sont rares. Quatre nuits passées sans que le lit n’ait été fait… assez étonnant à ce niveau de gamme.

Me gustó la ubicación, el desayuno estaba muy bueno y tener un onsen dentro del hotel estaba muy bien.

The location couldn’t have been better. It was either a short walk to many popular spots or conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the area without any hassle.
One of the standout highlights was the food. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the snacks and happy hour offerings were such a nice bonus. What really impressed us was how well they accommodated dietary restrictions—there were plenty of thoughtful choices, and everything was clearly prepared with care.
The hotel itself was beautiful, with well-designed spaces that felt modern, clean, and inviting. It had all the touches you’d expect from a high-end property, yet it remained approachable and comfortable.

很不錯！
Pros:

設備較新，廁所，浴室和洗手地方分開，床很舒適，lounge提供免費下午茶和宵夜，大浴場不大但非常足夠

Cons:

位置雖然離地鐵不遠但比較難找，不過坐的士去京都站，清水寺和河原町都是1500日元左右，也算方便。

Pros:

The rooms were spacious for Japanese norms. Good facilities: bath and free services in the lounge. Spakling wine at breakfast over the weekend is a nice extra touch.

Cons:

The window could not open and it was not transparant. I only stayed one night, but if I would stay longer i would like a room with a window i can open and transparant glass.

Au calme
Pros:

Emplacement au calme, pas trop éloigné des artères commerciales et du métro.
Petit déjeuner buffet excellent et complet, un vrai régal. Il varie chaque jour un peu.
Chambre de taille correcte pour le Japon. Très propre.

Cons:

Le lobby est un peu chaotique, tous les bagages consignés se trouvent dans l’entrée avec un énorme filet qui les recouvre, ce n’est pas très joli.
Le personnel est agréable, mais sans plus.
Il faut débarrasser son assiette du petit-déjeuner soi-même, ce qui dans l’absolu ne me dérange pas, mais n’oublions pas que cet hôtel est un 4 étoiles avec les prix d’un 4 étoiles.
En résumé, pour moi cet hôtel mérite plutôt 3 étoiles que 4 étoiles.
