Struttura sileziosa e in posizione comoda per visitare la città. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa. Colazione abbastanza varia con indicati gli allergeni delle varie pietanze e qualche opzione gluten free.

Otelin konumu iyi. Temiz. Kahvaltı seçenekleri aşırı iyiydi her gün başka yemek deneyimledik. Ayrıca ikramları da çok iyi. Hem yiyecek hem içecek ikramı var. Ücretsiz masaj koltuklarını sevdik. Hamama zamanımız olmadığı için gitmedik.

Cons:

Odamızın penceresi olmaması kötüydü. Penceresiz olduğunu biliyordum ama bu kadar rahatsız edeceğini düşünmemiştim. Başka zaman konaklasam pencereli bir oda isterdim.

Pros:

參觀祗園祭的完美住宿點，出門四面八方大路小巷中都有山鉾可看，而且位在巡行路線上，在飯店就可以看山鉾巡行，超讚的！
下午茶的點心跟宵夜茶泡飯大加分，櫃檯的台灣員工陳先生提供許多協助，非常感謝。
浴池只有一個而且有一點小，但人也不多，很適合放鬆。
房間很大，我們三個人，房間裡加了一張床也不嫌擠，還可以打開兩個大箱子（稍微移動一下桌椅把空間弄出來）。
下次一定還會再來😊

Great location, really friendly staff and clean.
Pros:

Location, rooms were comfortable but no view at all as they were frosted. Onsen was good too.

Cons:

Supper wasn’t liked by my kids but happy hour was good.

夜のぶぶ漬けが美味しかったです。
大浴場も人が少なく清潔で気持ちよかった。

Cons:

ドライヤーを最近の良いものにすると、乾くのが早くなり回転率もよくなります。娘はロングヘアなので、時間がかかりました。気持ちよくお風呂から上がった後にドライヤーで汗をかいてしまうので、お願いします。

ホテルから離れられなくなるほど快適
Pros:

祇園祭の鉾を見に行きやすかった。
各時間のラウンジはどれもおいしく、とくにぶぶ漬けは色々選べてよかった。
部屋もすっきりしていて過ごしやすかった。

Cons:

大浴場に部屋のタオルを持参する必要があるのですが、チェックインでいただく注意書きにあるだけなので、持ってきていない人が多く、部屋に戻っていた。（一度の利用で私含め3人いました）
できれば、浴場に入るドアの前になど、注意書きをしていただけると嬉しいです。
