20/10 place to stay in Chania
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights in early July and honestly if Crete wasn’t so beautiful I wouldn’t want to leave the hotel room. We had a 2 level unit on the top floor. Everything about it was perfect. It’s well furnished, the lighting is so pretty with so many lighting options throughout the apartment. The windows overlooking the alleys are so nice. Also, the host, Greg, was very communicative and helpful. We went to many of his recommended dinner spots and they were all great. It’s also in a very convenient location fun Chania old town but on a quiet street. If I ever returned to Crete, I would definitely try to plan my trip around the availability of this place and the room we had.

Tolle Lage in einer wunderschönen Gasse. Einrichtung ist äusserst geschmackvoll und die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit.

A lovely room with a very comfortable “twin-double” bed. Shutters and aircon all work. High quality fittings.
Pros:

A great location, just far enough from the marina to be quiet. 5 mins walk to the harbour front with all the old town between.
Fridge with water provided. Big walk in shower and no splashing of the toilet floor!
Windows always in shade so no heat issues but the shutters work if needed.
Very attentive ladies in reception.
Easy to be dropped off and picked up as the restaurant To Maridaki is a minute walk away.

Pros:

The quiet location. The proximity the the harbor. Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist center while still remaining in the old town. The unit with the terrace was my favorite for relaxing mornings and evenings with the fresh air.

Pros:

This was a beautiful, modern property with wonderful facilities. The location couldn’t have been more perfect.

Cons:

Could be a little bit loud at night. We were staying on the ground floor - I suspect the other rooms might be a bit quieter.

Beautiful accommodation, great location and exceptional hosts.
Pros:

Fantastic location right in the heart of the Old Town, just a short stroll from the harbour, shops and restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring the area.

The accommodation was stylish, beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly have needed for our stay.

What really made our visit special, however, was the wonderful hospitality of the hosts. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. They kindly arranged our car hire and parking, and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat, all of which enhanced our holiday enormously.

A particularly thoughtful touch came when the host noticed that it was my birthday during our stay. On the day, a complimentary bottle of wine was left in our room, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. It perfectly reflected the genuine care and attention they showed throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others.

It was perfectly located, in a quiet side street of bustling Old Town, super stylish and very comfortable.

Cons:

My only minor feedback is that you can hear the guests above via the vent in the bathroom. Not a big problem if you close the door, just quite funny.

Prachtig appartement in schitterend havenstadje. Erg leuke bestemming.
Pros:

Zeer fraai design appartement. Buitengewoon vriendelijke verhuurders.

Cons:

Storend geluid van de gasten in het appartement boven ons. Iedere voetstap was te horen, het verzetten van stoelen, praten etc. En dit zonder ophouden uren lang.
