Herrlicher Ausblick und allgemein sehr schön gepflegte Anlage.

Cons:

Bett/Bettwäsche hat sich bei Ankunft feucht angefühlt, da sehr kalt draußen. Zum Glück hat es in Betten Heizdecken gegeben.
Im Badezimmer in der Dusche Duschgel+Shampoo sehr hoch am Glassbrett. Duschgel+Shampoobehälter ebenfalls aus Glas, somit ziemlich hohe Gefahr, dass es beim Duschen ausrutscht und Zerbricht.

This hotel claims to be 5‑star, yet basic services were not functioning.
Pros:

The hotel advertises itself as a 5‑star establishment, but my experience did not reflect that standard. Netflix, DSTV and other channels were unavailable due to accounts needing a top‑up, and the hotel was unable to resolve this during my stay. The location is also problematic: it falls outside the UBER service area, forcing guests to rely on hotel‑arranged taxis at nearly double the usual cost. The rooms feel outdated and in need of refurbishment. The only truly 5‑star elements were the excellent breakfast and the outstanding staff, who were consistently friendly and attentive.

Awesome stay! Will be back!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful
The last time I stayed here was in the hotel side and this time myself and my work team stayed in the apartment blocks - great choice we each had rooms to share and fully equipped.
We also had to leave super early so unfortunately we missed the amazing breakfast buffet but the staff was lovely to accommodate us with packed breakfast packs. Thank you so much

Cons:

The only thing I would say is that I had requested 2 single beds in 3 out of the 4 rooms as we were on a work trip and all the beds were double beds. Luckily my team were ok with that but perhaps just a note for next time. Thank you 🙏

Shameful!!
Pros:

We were told that the hotel is under new management and decided to give it another go. Were we mislead, same challenges just different managers and nothing has changed! What a shame!
