O hotel em si e excelente ótima localização ,limpeza fantástica funcionários educados e atenciosos

A roupa de cama parecia usada e tinha alguns furos. Pedi para trocar as fronhas dos travesseiros, pois cheiravam a suor. Trocaram.Muito barulho na recepção. Pessoas conversando alto depois das 00:00 h na recepção. Levantei às 01:10 h e fui reclamar. Surpresa: a recepcionista estava no meio da conversa entre um hóspede e uma mulher que não se identificou. Reclamei pela conversa muito alta e devido ao horário. Pararam por uns 15 minutos. Depois voltaram a conversar. Pela manhã por volta das 05;00 havia muito barulho no hall da recepção. Eram funcionários de alguma empresa que estavam saindo para trabalhar. Todos uniformizados. Não voltarei e nem recomendo.

De ir embora.

Cons:

Localização é péssima, a imagem mostra um hotel e quando você chega lá é uma mini entrada onde você sobe uma escada e tem alguns quartos o pessoal chegava durante a madrugada e do quarto você ouvia o que acontecia na recepção, a cama além de afundar quando você deita faz muito barulho, como não tem estacionamento você precisa "negociar".

O café da manhã é servido tarde, somente após 7h30. O Hotel é ao lado dos bares de Itapuã, som alto ligado quase 24h. Nãos dorme, não se descansa. Muitas pessoas em situação de rua, mal cheiro e lixo pela rua
