Die offene Badewanne, die Wald-Einrichtung. Saunalandschaft und Pool waren auch sehr toll!
Personal war Top! Und das Essen hat auch geschmeckt.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Sahlenburg dank des tollen Hotels.
Pros:

Wir haben unser Hotel für die Zukunft im Cuxland gefunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig mit einer großen Auswahl, die Saunen wurden auf Wunsch auch schon vor der eigentlichen Öffnung für uns angeheizt und im Schwimmbad konnten wir gut unsere Runden schwimmen. Es lagen immer ausreichend Handtücher dort. Allerdings hätten es ein paar Liegen mehr sein können.... Das Personal war sehr nett.

Das Hotel entprach nicht den Erwartungen für 4 Sterne. Preis-Leistung war nicht ausgewogen. Nur gut.
Pros:

Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Gebäuden. Ein Bettenhaus mit angebautem Vorbereich für Restaurant, Foyer und Frühstücksbereich und eine Bar. Der Vorbereich war modern gestaltet. Das Frühstück war lecker. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Man konnte beliebig viel Wasser selbst nachfüllen. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte moderne Möbel. Die Lage zum Stand ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Bad war in die Jahre gekommen und entsprach nicht den Erwartungen für 4 Sterne. Wenn man da etwas abschraubt, entfernt man alle Dübel und schließt die Bohrlöcher. Zu 4 Sternen passt auch eine Duschtasse aus Kunststoff nicht so richtig. Im Saunabereich waren viele Türen nicht beschriftet. Ein etwas entfernter Parkplatz war genauso kostenpflichtig, wie der hinterm Haus, nur etwas billiger. Die Aussicht fiel auf einen nicht so schönen Campingplatz und das Teerdach des Vorbaus. Beim Frühstück war offensichtlich nicht genügend Personal fürs Abräumen eingeteilt. Kein Fahrstuhl. Im Fazit wegen vieler Kleinigkeiten zu teuer für den angebotenen Zustand.

Penthouse des grauens.
Pros:

Gar nichts.Das Penthouse, war extrem unsauber.Wir sind unverzüglich wieder abgereist.

Cons:

Folgende Mängel sind aufgetreten.
1.Das Penthouse war nicht bis zum Check in (15.00 Uhr) gesäubert.
Hier mussten wir bis 15.32 Uhr warten.
2.Die Eingangstür /Glastür im EG zum Penthouse, war stark beschädigt.
3.Im Wohnzimmer stand eine sehr stark beschmutzte Matratze,
4. Im Wohnzimmer stand neben der Matratze ein Beistellbett.
5 Die Couch im Wohnzimmer, war bedeckt mit Sandkörner
6. Die Küche war sehr stark verschmutzt und so nicht nutzbar.(unzumutbar)
Fettreste auf der Dunstabzugshaube, Fettfinger auf der ganzen Küche,
Besteck unsauber
7. Im Wintergarten sind die Wände und Decken stark verschmutzt (gelbe Flecken)
8. Der Fensterrahmen und Fensterscheiben im Wohnzimmer, sehr stark verschmutzt
9. Bei dem bodentiefen Fenster in der Küche, Rahmen ließ sich kaum öffnen,
da er verklebt und verfettet war
10. Fahrstuhl sehr dreckig (sah aus als wenn einer sein Geschäft dort erledigt hat)
11.Starker Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung (Schimmel?)
12.Im ganzen macht die Penthousewohnung einen abgenutzten und unzumutbaren Eindruck.
13. Der Balkon war stark vergrünt und dreckig.
14.Innentüre vom WC, ließ sich nicht schließen.
15.2.WC hatte nicht einmal eine Tür.
