Lo mejor del hotel el personal y el restaurante
Pros:

Nos encantó el restaurante del hotel. Comida deliciosa y atención genial por parte de los meseros. El desayuno incluído muy completo. El rooftop muy agradable para pasar la tarde, con 2 albercas y bar con snack variado. Tiene estacionamiento por si vienes en carro. El personal del hotel en general muy amable. La ubicación es buena, dado que está a pasos de la quinta avenida, pero se siente el bullicio moderado.

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente en nuestra estancia con el a/c, ya que al prenderlo caían gotas de agua sobre las almohadas. Esto fue informado en recepción y nos dieron la opción de cambiamos de habitación la primera noche solo para dormir y al siguiente día regresar a nuestra habitación cuando el personal de mantenimiento lo hubiera solucionado. El punto es que esto no se solucionó y tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación definitivamente. Si bien el personal fue muy amable y receptivo, me hubiese gustado mayor resolutividad de su parte y un actuar más rápido, dado que no podíamos dormir con las gotas cayendo sobre nuestras cabezas. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación más básica, sin las amenidades que teníamos en la anterior, sin cafetera, ni frigobar, pero el personal amablemente nos lo proporcionó en la nueva recámara.

Excelente servicio y estancia.
Pros:

Las instalaciones y el personal fueron muy amables. La habitación demasiado cómoda y agradable, el baño también muy cómodo y con buenas amenidades. El servicio de limpieza, excelente, todos los días encontramos nuestra habitación arreglada y ordenada, con nuestras toallas ubicadas en los espacios.

Hotel Buono
Pros:

Struttura pulita, parcheggio privato incluso e buona posizione.

Cons:

Non presente il frigobar all’interno della stanza, inconcepibile in un 5 stelle.
Richiesto alla reception ci viene comunicato che l’avrebbero potuto portare la mattina seguente…giorno del nostro check-out.

¡Estancia increíble y un desayuno de 10!
Pros:

Me encantó el IT Boutique Hotel. Lo que más me sorprendió fue el desayuno; exquisito café y los chilaquiles suculentos. Además, como tenía un tour temprano, el equipo de recepción me preparó un box lunch súper completo para llevar. El personal es muy atento y se nota que cuidan cada detalle para que te sientas consentido. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

La noche perfecta
Pros:

Tienen un restaurante muy hermoso donde desayunar y cenar además todo el personal es sumamente atento, Yair de recepción nos ayudó con muchas recomendaciones de que hacer en la ciudad. ¡¡Definitivamente regresaremos!!

Cons:

Podrían agregar más actividades con tours, talvez renta de scooters o bicicletas que son perfectas si vas a moverte solo en la ciudad. Pero la verdad la estancia estuvo de maravilla.
