Good value comfy beds
Pros:

Good location close to most attractions within walking distance and nice family friendly vibe

Cons:

Carnt complain for the price was great value for myself my son and his friend for our 1 night stay before going pleasure Beach following day

Pros:

We booked this hotel and then last minute were moved to a hotel up the road (presumably same owners) called the ‘The New Atlas’ so really this review is for there.

Cons:

Really dirty. Paper thin walls. Could hear next door being sick and crying.

Mould in the bathroom and the manager expected me to leave my luggage inside the front door where the front door was left wide open for anyone to get in with no staff.
They text you that they might accommodate early check in if you send a message but they don’t bother to reply for any of your messages. Worst experience I had this time.

Pros:

Parking was reserved by somebody else but since they cancelled it, owner allowed me to park without any charges. Really appreciable behaviour though it was not a big amount but shows customer-caring attitude. Really appreciable.

Easy booking system, telephone number to talk to manager appreciated and manager very helpful and responsive.
