Very poor experience
Pros:

Bed was comfy.

Cons:

The owner? (Mat) needs to keep his unruly dog under control. The dog was able to run riot in the breakfast room resulting it in jumping up, paws on my table and then face down taking food off my plate.
I was too shocked to speak after swearing out loud in shock, at this huge dog running straight at me at 7:15am.
Mat did apologise but I'm afraid the damage was already done and could have been easily avoided had he been a responsible dog owner.
Hence to say I didn't get to finish my breakfast.
I was not offered anything other than what felt like a forced apology.
I then packed up and left the property as soon as possible.
I would not recommend staying here unless you think that this type of behaviour is normal.

Extremely comfortable, lovely room and welcoming staff - what more could you want! We booked the Bridge Hotel on the spur of the moment to give my wife and I a well deserved short break and what a great idea it was. Apologies to the staff but we weren’t there long enough to get know you names but you were all absolutely brilliant.
I have to add that the food was superb. The breakfast was it be the great, which set us up for the day or the steak sandwich which Danny did for us wonderful, very tasty and excellent portions.

This is a little gem of an hotel in the heart of beautiful countryside.
Pros:

My room was lovely. It was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I could have slept longer if only I hadn't needed to be somewhere! The ensuite was spotless and very well decorated. There were toiletries provided and the towels were lovely and soft.
Breakfast was nice and I had lots of fruit and yoghurt as well as a cooked breakfast. The sausages were lovely but the fried bread was a little on the crispy side for my liking.
The receptionist when I arrived was so welcoming and we had a lovely conversation later in the evening when I sat in the garden for a drink. She's a credit to the hotel.
The garden was beautiful, overlooking the river. It was so pretty and peaceful.
The location was excellent for me as I arrived from a meeting in Thetford and then had to be at Thetford Forest the following day. It was perfect.
I'm already planning to return with the family for another stay. It is definitely a good find.

Cons:

I don't think there was anything I didn't like apart from the fried bread! Even though the outdoor drinks area was closed when I popped down for an early evening drink, the receptionist was more than happy to serve me without any of the huffing and puffing I have encountered elsewhere.

Lovely location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was incredible- they have a very good chef.

Cons:

It was very hot and the hotel did not have any fans available- but welcome to the UK! It’s not their fault.

Great for a one night stop - fair price will use again

By 24hr key road - closed windows helped at night , rear bedroom shook when artics crossed on bridge.

Reliant on takeout delivery for meals. Staff ltd knowledge of what is open (Azure shut Mondays🤦‍♂️). Or even menus for pub next door

One of the best!
Pros:

Beautiful riverside character B and B with excellent facilities and amazing staff.

Cons:

The room I was in was in the annex and the weather was sweltering at the time and with the windows open there was some traffic noise but this didn’t change my view of the Bridge Hotel

Lovely family run hotel
Pros:

Lovely little family run hotel in a beautiful spot by the river. Comfy bed, spotless room, bathroom was newly done. Breakfast was the kind of spread you get in a big hotel and cooked breakfast was even better. Just lovely. We just stayed one night for a concert in the forest but would have happily stayed longer.
