직원들이 응대가 탑!!
Pros:

우선 프론트의 직원이 너무 친절했습니다. 주차장에서 시간이 걸리고 체크인하기까지 짐도 많고 너무 짜증이 났었는데, 체크인을 도와준 여직원의 응대가 너무 좋아서 다 용서되었습니다. 감기몸살이 있어서 방온도도 난방으로 부탁했는데, 그것도 들어주시고, 퀵서비스 배달도 부탁했는데, 모두 대응해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 로비 반대편에 작은 키오스크가 있는데, 스낵류와 음료수도 잘 선정되어있고, 좋았습니다. 코엑스도 가깝고 강남의 복잡한 동네와는 조금 다른 분위기였네요.

Cons:

한국티비를 조금 보고싶었는데, 리모콘조작이 너무 어려워서 티비를 보다 꺼버렸습니다. 호텔의 문제가 아닐 지도 모르지만, 한국의 티비 프로그램의 다양함이 오히려 불편했네요. 좀 간단한 조작방법의 티비를 설치해 주시면 좋겠어요. 주차장이 입구의 폭이 문제가 있다고 해서 소나타를 타고 들어갔는데, 저는 큰 문제는 없었습니다. 세우는 공간이 이 호텔뿐만 아니라 다른 모든 시설들이 너무 좁은것은 한국의 문제라고 생각합니다. 다른 나라에 비해 우리나라 사람들은 왜 그리 큰 차만 선호하고 그 차들은 도대체 어떻게 주차하고 어떻게 내리시나요???
