Great location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great location and easy to get to from airport as the airport bus stops in front of hotel. Subway station is just a couple of minutes walk, and plenty of cafes around. Hidden gem with very nice rooms. The bed was slightly on the smaller side and the elevators are a bit slow. But otherwise it’s a good hotel and value for money.

Great location, excellent value for money, clean rooms, and great food. Highly recommended!
Pros:

The rooms were clean, housekeeping was done every day, and the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious.

Cons:

The only downside was the elevators. Even though there are three elevators, they were often busy, and I sometimes had to wait 5–10 minutes for one to become available.

Pros:

Overall the hotel is nice, space is sufficient, nothing to complain about there.

Cons:

The front desk attendant was the problem. I should have gotten his name but he was very rude.

Staff, location and breakfast were wonderful

It would have been better if there was a massage, facial day spa in the hotel just what we needed after long days touring around and walking everywhere

ทำเลดีมาก สะดวกสุดๆเดินจากสถานีไม่ไกลเป็นสถานีที่เป็นสายรถไฟที่ใช้ประจำ ใกล้ซองซูและไม่ไกลจากลอตเต้เวิด มีบัสจากสนามบินลงหน้าสถานีได้เลย(แต่บัสสายนี้ไม่ขึ้นใน never map) ใกล้ jamsil และ kspo สะดวกมากถ้าไปคอนเสิร์ต รู้สึกว่าโรงแรมหรูหราจะกว้างกว่าสาจาฮงแดและสงบกว่ามากกก
