nevertheless...it was a beautiful stay.
Pros:

loved the rooms, they both had a balcony. we set there in the afternoon after we had come back from site seeing.

Cons:

I was disappointed because the aircon in Room 12 was not working on the heater site. my mother had to request a heater for room 11. Tv was only on SABC and it was only one channel playing soccer. The was no fridge in the room to put our cold drinks, I had to drive to the nearest mall to buy ice. lucky i brought ice buckets from home.

The place, food and staff were amazing.

Cons:

The place needs an upgrade, their air conditioners are old fashioned and makes unnecessary sounds. There’s no Tv at all in their rooms.
The rooms doesn’t have irons or hairdryers(we need those)

The Bed's is very comfortable
The view's was out of the books.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The Hotel is really Beautiful and closed to Nature.
The Food was delicious.

Cons:

There was plenty of Fly's in our Room the First Night when whe checked in but whe went to ask for Doom at reception the Hotel sorted it out for us.
And Maybe They Can Put a Little Bar Fridge in the Room's.

Pros:

Location was perfect, reception and the grounds where great

Cons:

We booked for 2 woman and a toddler and they put us on the top floor all the way at the end and the railings are not safe for a toddler at all not even going up the stairs. The tv didn't really work and there was no fridge or microwave

So beautiful we enjoyed even the food was so nice i really loved the place I will also refer people to you

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like is this on the second day they didn't give us more bath caps and then they didn't clean the room they just come and put the towels

Pros:

Koketso at the reception. He was very friendly and helpful, he explained everything to us. The room was always clean, the aircon will be on at night when we arrive. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely coming back.
