It was a good stay overall. Would like to specially recognise Shaheena at the front desk who went out of her way to help
Pros:

Well located. Spacious rooms with basic amenities provided. There’s a café on the ground floor with decent variety which is convenient.

Cons:

Would have been good to have a lift but the staff was available to transport luggage. Bathroom was a little run down

Pros:

첫 입실 시 에어컨이 고장났어요 다른 넓은 방으로 옮겨주셨지만 역시 에어컨 성능이 좋지 않았어요 오래된 건물의 한계점이 있던 것 같아요
더불어 화장실 상태가 조금.. 황색물이 자주 나왔어요
창문이 없었지만 숙소는 예뻤어요 하우스카즈라는 홍대같은 느낌의 위치도 그렇고, 공원도 펼쳐져 있고, 만드신 분이 무엇을 그리고 싶었는지 알겠지만 보수를 한 번 대대적으로 하시는 건 어떨까요

Installation électrique à revoir: le côté brut ne doit pas empêcher la sécurité. Porte d'entrée avec jour, bonjour l'intimité. Petit déjeuner chiche alors que les plats autres du café son bons

Cons:

The Queen studio I booked here had a malfunctioning Airconditioning unit, so they placed me at one of their other hotel rooms around a 5 minute walk down the street. This room was definitely less nice, with less facilities, no rooftop, no breakfast. And the staff did not apologize or offer me some of my money back. I think this was ill-handled by them.

Pros:

Wonderful hostel, well managed and friendly super helpful staff, room was excellent and I really enjoyed the restaurant, which was a great work space and peacful environment, good to escape from the busy street outside....Hauz Khas has a kind of party vibe to it which might not be to everyone's taste, but the Deer park and lake are beautiful and a real bonus for morning walk and yoga , outside gym activities

Cons:

Only down side is the location is isolated from the metro and main shopping centres...so you have to catch a tuktuk every time....but I got used to it..

Not at all comfirtable. Shared the feedback with staff. But staff response is too poor.They a poor..
Cons:

No variety in breakfast items.
Everyday same fixed items.
Location of hotel definitely found very uncomfortable due to clubs located surroundings.
This is very uncomfortable for taking families.there.
No any good hotel nearby . No facility for lunch/dinner at the hotel.
Main road is far away. Very embarassing and uncomfortable situation with families.
Outside scenario is not at all healthy particularly on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Traffic getting jammed..

Overall a good, comfortable hotel and stay.
Pros:

I was allowed early check in n late check out. I was also given a room upgrade.
Nayeem n Preeti were very helpful.
One call to them n my requirements were taken care of. Gautam , the boy at the property, was very polite n helpful. He helped me with my zomato deliveries too.
I had a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

I had to ask for the kettle, cups, milk sachets....
It was not kept ready in the room.
There was no TV in the room which is the bàsic thing.
So on hot Delhi afternoons when you are indoors , there was no entertainment in the room.

Fantastic location for a one night stay
Pros:

Warm welcome from staff, especially Preeti who offered me a room upgrade and breakfast which was unexpected. She also helped me get a taxi on departure. Fantastic location with a great vibe and plenty of cafes and galleries in short proximity. Enjoyed being able to walk to the lake and visit the Hauz Khas Complex. Hotel is spacious and quiet.

Cons:

The view from my room of the enormous rubbish pit in the land below was sad, but this is in no way related to the hotel itself
