Not at all comfirtable. Shared the feedback with staff. But staff response is too poor.They a poor..
Cons:

No variety in breakfast items.
Everyday same fixed items.
Location of hotel definitely found very uncomfortable due to clubs located surroundings.
This is very uncomfortable for taking families.there.
No any good hotel nearby . No facility for lunch/dinner at the hotel.
Main road is far away. Very embarassing and uncomfortable situation with families.
Outside scenario is not at all healthy particularly on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Traffic getting jammed..

Overall a good, comfortable hotel and stay.
Pros:

I was allowed early check in n late check out. I was also given a room upgrade.
Nayeem n Preeti were very helpful.
One call to them n my requirements were taken care of. Gautam , the boy at the property, was very polite n helpful. He helped me with my zomato deliveries too.
I had a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

I had to ask for the kettle, cups, milk sachets....
It was not kept ready in the room.
There was no TV in the room which is the bàsic thing.
So on hot Delhi afternoons when you are indoors , there was no entertainment in the room.

Fantastic location for a one night stay
Pros:

Warm welcome from staff, especially Preeti who offered me a room upgrade and breakfast which was unexpected. She also helped me get a taxi on departure. Fantastic location with a great vibe and plenty of cafes and galleries in short proximity. Enjoyed being able to walk to the lake and visit the Hauz Khas Complex. Hotel is spacious and quiet.

Cons:

The view from my room of the enormous rubbish pit in the land below was sad, but this is in no way related to the hotel itself

Definitely worth the money
Pros:

Though i booked a queen’s room Preeti was kind enough to upgrade it to a suite ! Room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

Terrible service. In fact a refund of around Rs 1400 was just not returned by the manager. He stopped answering the calls. Room level has no safety or fire exits or measures. Hot as hell with an ill equipped AC in Delhi summers. Stay away from this property

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at minimalist. The location is brilliant, the rooms are nice and the cafe is good. All the staff were all friendly and helpful but a special thanks to Preeti who was constantly smiling and going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. We liked minimalist so much that we extended our stay, definitely recommend!!

They say people make a place and it’s definitely true in this case!
Pros:

We stayed at both Minimalist properties in New Delhi, but Minimalist One was definitely our favorite — for several reasons.

Located in the heart of Hauz Khas Village, it offered the perfect laid-back atmosphere with surprisingly fresh air and a peaceful vibe. While the pictures online are not 100% accurate, the property still offers amazing value for money. In fact, when we returned to Delhi, we didn’t even consider staying anywhere else!

What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was Preeti — she is the heart and soul of this place. No matter the situation, whether handling a power outage or helping the staff serve breakfast quickly and efficiently, she always remained calm, professional, and welcoming. She genuinely made us feel at home and even helped us with a few extra services that saved us a lot of time during our trip.

People say you meet twice in life, and I really hope that’s true. Hopefully see you again in 2028 🤞
