Overall - Great property but a bit loud at night on the water.
Pros:

The property is amazing and the restaurant is wonderful with a nice setting. We ended up eating at the restaurant both nights during the stay.

Cons:

The receptionist could learn to be more polite I guess. She put us in a room on the new wing being constructed and the bathroom was not even 100% completed with tile missing and the hallway still under construction.
This is not the hotel's fault, but there are two pirate ship types that troll around around 10:30 with music so loud that it can be heard inside the room.

Excellent hotel in Sarande. More like a 5 star hotel.

Excellent restaurant.
Good staff.
Excellent breakfast.
We got upgraded to the new side of the hotel. Rooms are beautiful (but some slightly unfinished and corridors still being worked on but this did not impact at all.

Super hotel
Pros:

Ubytovávání bylo čisté, personál od parkoviště přes recepci, obsluhu v restauraci až po uklízečky byl neskutečně milý a příjemný. Pláž je skvělá, lehátka jsou vybavena čudlíky na přivolání obsluhy. Voda je čistá, narozdíl od jiných částí Sarandy. Dostali jsme upgrade pokoje, takže plusové body.

Cons:

Parkování. Parkoviště je moc malé na počet hostů hotelu a restaurace. Auta jsou tam naskládaná jako v tetrisu. Při příjezdu po vás budou chtít klíče s tím, že vám auto zaparkují. To jsem odmítl a trval si na vlastním zaparkování s tím, že klíče budu mít u sebe. Nechci aby někdo cizí parkoval s mým vozem. I když naše auto za 80000€ nebylo zdaleka nejdražší na parkovišti, tak mi to je silně nepříjemné. A to i proto, že tomu autu není úplně příjemné, když ho budou 20x za den startovat a posouvat ho mezi parkovacími místy (auta jsou tam zaparkovaná v několika řadách za sebou). Naštěstí, díky ochotě personálu na parkovišti mi dali místo dle mých požadavků.
V hotelu probíhá rekonstrukce, takže vás budou třeba v devět ráno budit vrtačky.

Buen lugar, en el centro pero no en medio del bullicio.
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado y algo mas alejado del bullicio de Sarandé aunque a pocos pasos del centro. La ubicación la destaco porque además tiene bajada el mar y un rico espacio para disfrutar del sol y el mar.
El desayuno completo y bueno.
Las habitaciones bien decoradas y espaciosas, con una linda vista a la bahia.

Pros:

Plajı bence bölgenin en kaliteli plajıydı. Çalışanlar mükemmel, Restaurant menüsü deniz yemekleri sevmeyenler açısından çok kötü ama genel hatlarıyla harika bir oteldi.

Cons:

Restaurant menüsünde deniz ürünleri dışında da ağırlık verilmeli.
