Excellent and exclusive location. Beautiful and modern facilities. This team strives for perfection. Service is top notch. Breakfast is excellent, with varied and quality selections, and they curate it based on customer feedback.

Cons:

If I'm going to nitpick, only because they truly strive for perfection, here's what wasn't perfect >> room service / cleaning personnel forgot to refresh the coffee and tea selection. they also forgot to check when soap or other bathroom products ran out.

... but in both occasions, the service desk immediately took care it once I let them know.

מאוד נהננו מהשהות בסרנדה ומהמלון

החדר היה מדהים,קומה 6 נוף לים בלי הסתרות,צוות הקבלה מדהים בעיקר לינדה שתמיד שמחה לעזור עם חיוך.ארוחת בוקר מצויינת עם הרבה ירקות ופירות.המסעדה במלון איכותית מאוד ומגישה תפריט מצויין ואיכותי .
המיקום מצויין וקרוב לכל מקום,יצאנו לסיורים ונקודות המיםגש היו ממש ליד המלון.

Pleasant stay!

The view & location although not in the middle of everything not too far away & supermarket directly opposite.

Cons:

Our TV wasn’t working, pool was under construction which were weren’t aware of and wouldn’t have stayed if we knew, when questioned we were told we could use next doors pool, TV they offered to repair at 10.45pm on our 2nd night when we were already in bed. Reception was helpful but inexperienced. Hot Breakfast items cold both mornings and really not edible…… shame as it was a nice hotel but needs to be more polished!

sehr gutes Hotel in Saranda…

Sehr gute Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer.
Sehr moderne hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbufett war für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie leider unzureichend. Zwar gab es unbegrenzt frisch gepressten Orangensaft, keine anderen Säfte. die Spiegeleier zu lang gebraten, das Rührei aus Eimasse ohne alles, im täglichen Wechsel die Omeletts genauso.
Kein Obstsalat, kein Fruchtjoghurt…
Die Kuchen waren gut und der Cappuccino auch.
