Hogyha a kánikulában lett volna klíma, 10*-ot adok, de ehhez pihenéshez megfelelő hőmérséklet kell.

A vonattól a szálloda gyorsan elérhető. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész. A szoba kényelmes, tiszta, az ágy gerincbetegek számára is kitűnő. A konyharésznél minden szükséges megtalálható: kávéfőző, vízforraló, mikró, hűtő, mosogatógép, tűzhely. A szekrény tágas, vasalóasztal, vasaló és széf is van benne. Igazán 10* lenne a 10-ből, hogyha:

A 32-33° melegben a légkondicionáló működött volna. A kinti nagy hőség után rossz volt betérni a fullasztó meleg szobába. A földszinten jó hűvös volt, ott működött a klíma. Elmondtuk a problémánkat, hivatkoztak arra, hogy nem jó a készülék, már megrendelték az alkatrészt. Főttünk 4 éjszakán keresztül a saját levünkben.

Es war sehr heiss im Gebäude, die Klimaanlage war defekt, kann aber passieren!

Disappointing experience
Pros:

Clean room, hotel is fairly close to station

Cons:

Airconditioning was broken and we were informed only after paying and checking in. Ice machine was also broken and we were only informed when we ordered drinks. Staff did not communicate well and were not welcoming - only the barman was friendly. We cancelled booking and moved to another hotel. The manager agreed to a full refund and we appreciated that.
