It's situated in a stunning location. The staff was truly amazing especially Boran & Husein were very friendly and welcoming. Facilities were nice.

Ho soggiornato in un piccolo hotel davvero carino e funzionale nel cuore di Istanbul, nel quartiere di Sultanahmet, e l’esperienza è stata ottima sotto ogni punto di vista.
La struttura è semplice ma curata, pulita e perfetta per chi vuole stare in centro e muoversi comodamente a piedi verso le principali attrazioni della città. Le camere sono essenziali ma confortevoli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole.
Un grande punto di forza dell’hotel sono Nadir e Bora, i due ragazzi che lo gestiscono: sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci hanno dato consigli utili su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come muoverci in città, facendoci sentire davvero accolti e seguiti in ogni momento.
In generale, è un’ottima scelta per chi cerca un alloggio semplice, centrale e con un’ospitalità autentica. Consigliato soprattutto a chi vuole vivere Istanbul in modo pratico e senza stress.

The shower water pressure fluctuates a lot. Same for the temperature
The airco didn't work, we were lucky the temperatures were not that high.
The balcony had a lot of rubbish on it, just give it a sweep...
The staff frequently offered/mentioned services you can buy through them.
The sound insulation can be better.
The hairdryer didn't work well.

They upgraded my room for free! Room is clean and tidy. All the staffs are very nice and always willing to help. They have shuttle bus services to the airport which is,also very good point

Μου άρεσε πολύ η θέα από το δωμάτιο και η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική,μέσα στο κέντρο και πολύ ήρεμη.Αν ξαναπάω Κωνσταντινούπολη εκεί θα ξανά κλεισω
We booked this hotel's Family Room for our family of four (two adults and two kids). This hotel has a great location. It's about two blocks away from the Sultanahmet Square, and in the other direction two blocks away from restaurants. We booked the Family Room which was spacious enough for us. The beds were good and not lumpy.
It would work to the advantage of the hotel if they would improve on these two things: bathroom and breakfast. The shower area in the Family Room was a bit too tight. Breakfast consisted of bread slices, jam, cold cuts, boiled eggs, slices of cucumber and tomatoes, plated for each guest. This too could use some improvement.
The location is great. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Reasonable price. They also provided a baby crib for our son. Thank you very much!
