Отель хороший, но обман с номером
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение с шикарными видами, хотя кому-то может показаться далековато от Променада. Завтрак великолепный, нам очень понравился. В номере все необходимое есть по стандарту: сейф, халаты, тапочки, все для душа и т.д., также чайник с принадлежностями, что тоже здорово. Кровать и подушки были прям очень удобные. В отеле есть лифт.

Cons:

Номер нам выдали совсем не тот, что на фото при бронировании, это конечно огорчило. Он был маленький и вообще не похож на фото. На вопрос о несоответствии номера ответ был следующий: категория люкс соблюдена, до свидания. Так что заказывая номер в этом отеле, совсем не обязательно что вы его же и получите.

Wunderbar, gerne bald wieder
Pros:

Es hat uns alles gefallen: Das freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal, das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück, die Lage des Hotels, die Ausstattung der Zimmer und des Hotels, die Sauberkeit, der Garten. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir hatten ein Familientreffen und daher vier Zimmer gebucht. Alle Zimmer waren hervorragend und alle Familienmitglieder waren mehr als zufrieden. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Peace and comfort in a glorious setting
Pros:

Hotel Mignon is a comfortable and quiet hotel away from the bustle of downtown Karlovy Vary. It has a beautiful garden and is an easy walk to the tourist attractions. Breakfast is wonderful and caters for different tastes and dietary requirements. The staff are all helpful. We visited the nearby restaurant of the Hotel Villa Ritter and had a wonderful meal, and received a discount due to reciprocal arrangements with Hotel Mignon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and exploring Karlovy Vary. Thank you!

Cons:

Everything was great but it would have been nice to have coffee sachets in the room as well as the kettle and tea bags. Also it was slightly difficult to access the electricity outlet for charging devices. These were only minor issues.

Einfach perfekt

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach rundum perfekt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und dieser positive Eindruck zog sich durch unseren gesamten Aufenthalt.
Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, jeden Wunsch sofort zu erfüllen – man hat sich wirklich willkommen und geschätzt gefühlt. Egal, worum es ging, es wurde stets schnell und unkompliziert eine Lösung gefunden.
Die Zimmer waren absolut makellos – sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man konnte sich dort einfach nur wohlfühlen und entspannen.
Es hat wirklich alles gestimmt: Service, Sauberkeit, Atmosphäre – besser geht es nicht! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr autentisch , sauber und kompfortabel.
Das Frühstück sehr lecker und abwechselungsreich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
In wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum.
Parkplatz vor Ort verfügbar und im Preis inbegriffen.
