Quarto e camas confortáveis, funcionários educados e solícitos, café da manhã gostoso e generoso.

Cons:

Não tinha toalha de rosto. Como o hotel estava cheio, tivemos que esperar um bom tempo para liberarem mesas para o café da manhã.

Cons:

O quarto não foi o que estava descrito no voucher da reserva. Fiquei em um quarto de fundos no último andar enquanto no voucher dizia com vista panorâmica para a cidade. A cama rangia, colchões desconfortáveis. Banheiro com descarga pingando, chuveirinho desproporcional. Ar condicionado ruim. TV mais antiga do que minha avó. Ou seja a descrição da reserva não foi condizente com o apartamento. O meu carro apresentou uma avaria traseira lado esquerdo acima do pára-choque que só observei quando cheguei em casa ao abrir a mala do carro; não posso afirmar que ocorreu na garagem do hotel, porém posso com certeza dizer que não ocorreu no período que sai da minha casa até o hotel e vice-versa. O carro não saiu da garagem do hotel durante a minha breve estadia.
