Really enjoyable stay overall. Excellent hotel with a welcoming atmosphere and very attentive staff. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always clean. They also made my birthday extra special by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
One thing that could be improved was the assistance with luggage. We had quite a lot of bags, and unfortunately there was no help offered to bring them to the room, which made check-in a bit difficult.

Hotel con camere molto confortevoli ed ampie di ottimo livello, con pulizia puntuale. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, con desk dedicato per eventuali necessità turistiche.
La posizione, seppur centrale vista l'ampiezza della città, tuttavia è un pò decentrata rispetto alle vie dello shopping (circa 700 m. dalle vie più commerciali e dello street food). L'hotel ha l'accesso in una via laterale, a senso unico e non particolarmente pulita rispetto al resto della città. L'albergo ha un ristorante italiano al quale si accede con l'ascensore al piano 2 che chiude alle 21.30 ma accetta prenotazioni per la cena non oltre le 20.00. Inoltre, a parte il nome, di italiano ha ben poco poiché il cibo in alcune pietanze anche semplici non arriva alla sufficienza (la pizza ad es. era immangiabile).
The location is excellent, as it is about an 5-minute walk to City Hall Subway Station. There are CU convenience stores and many eateries located right next to the hotel, making it very convenient.
The rooms are clean and very well maintained by the housekeeping staff — special thanks to them for their great work. The reception staff were also very polite and helpful. In particular, one staff member (whose name I did not manage to get) kindly helped us book an Uber on 13 May at around 5:30 pm when we were rushing to catch our 6:00 pm KTX train. Thanks to her assistance, we managed to board the KTX on time.
The toilet and shower areas do not have separate doors. The only partition is a sliding door that separates the bedroom from the bathroom area, which may take some getting used to.
The soundproofing between rooms could also be improved. As for breakfast, the options were limited to either a continental or American breakfast. We had the American breakfast for five consecutive days, with the only variation being the style of eggs served (sunny-side up, omelette, or scrambled eggs). Since the dining area is quite spacious, the hotel could consider offering a small breakfast buffet spread for greater variety.
That said, the restaurant staff were very polite and accommodating, especially when we requested changes to the selection of bread served in our basket.

Everything was great. The staff were very responsive and the location was perfect. It was easy to reach all the attractions on foot, by bus or by subway. There were many small shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel also has washing machines and dryers on the B1 floor.
The room was spacious, we stayed with children 7 and 9 y. and had plenty of space. However, there was no proper wardrobe at all, only a few shelves so there was nowhere to put clothes.
We went to the swimming pool with the children and they really enjoyed it. There is also a remote control in the bedside table that lets you control the lights and air conditioning by pointing it at the TV.
Housekeeping was excellent.

We had booked a room for three but when we arrived the room was upgraded to a studio, so we had lots of space. The beds were comfortable and the studio had everything we needed.
The staff was nice and helpful, they let us leave our luggages the day after our stay so we could take a last walk around Seoul without carrying the suitcases with us.
