Great 4day trip to Seoul with a great stay at ENA
Pros:

Location is top! Multiple bus & metro connection. Also the DMZ tour starts nearby at city hall station, which is walkable. Coffee shops are around as well !

Pros:

スタッフの方々は日本語も英語も話せて、挨拶や、笑顔での対応も素晴らしく、大満足です。
立地も良く、ホテルの近くに飲食店やカフェ、繁華街も近くてとても便利です。

Cons:

トイレの上の換気扇からの音が気になりました。
後は、シャワー室の扉がピッタリ閉まらないので、気をつけないと外にシャワーの水が出てしまい、お手洗いの床が濡れてしまいます。

如果訂房價格在韓元160000以下，就接受所有的缺點吧！

服務櫃檯人員親切，行李寄放容易，房間空間很大

Cons:

其實沒什麼太明顯的缺點，就是什麼都差了那麼一點點，登記三個人，給兩雙拖鞋、二瓶水、房間空間大卻少了點設施與氛圍、給了冰塊桶卻沒指示在哪接冰塊，諸如此類的，真的就是差了那麼一點點

Pros:

スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで、日本語のできる方もいて、とても安心して利用できました。フロントのかたもレストランのかたもスマートで素敵でした。
地下鉄の市庁駅に近くて移動にも便利でした。

Cons:

シャワーのお湯が洗面所の方に流れ出てきてしまうので、足ふきマットがびしょびしょになってしまいました。

Pros:

清潔で、綺麗でお部屋も広く快適なホテルでした。市庁駅の9番出口からすぐです。明洞までも地下道を歩いて行ける距離ですが、夏だったので、ホテルからタクシーを使って明洞に行きました。700ウォン位です。スタッフも皆プロフェッショナルな対応でした。また泊まりたいです。

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Sehr nah zur Metro und zu Bussen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. An einem Tag sind wir dann aber doch im Hotel frühstücken gegangen. Es gibt kein Buffet. Man kann sich aus der Karte ein Set aussuchen. Hier war die Auswahl stark eingegrenzt. Für Vegetarier gab es nur eine Option zur Wahl. Das wäre bei mehreren Tagen ziemlich langweilig geworden.

Location wise is quiet nice. Great transport for around the city and good connection to and from the airport.

Excellent food options around this hotel. Not too busy.
Pros:

We like the restaurants close by. Authentic Korean food because they mainly serve local clients. Not touristy.

Cons:

The bathroom set up is bit weird, it can't be locked. Soundproof is not great, can everyone the same level closing their door. Swimming pool showers were not working.
