Good place with problems with facilities
Pros:

Good room size, comfy beds and modern design. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is convenient, close enough to city centre, but quiet at the same time

Cons:

Facilities were a problem: AC didn't work properly, which is July heat became a problem. The shower drain was clogged, and when showering i had to wait for the water to go through. Proper maintenance of facilities would make this place great overall

静かで心地いい地元のホテル
Pros:

シャワーの水量がしっかりしている。
静かな環境、充分な部屋の広さ。
オーナーが車でロープウェイの上まで連れて行ってくれたり、とっても親切にしてくれた。
部屋によってはウォシュレットのついた最新のトイレがついてて清潔。

Cons:

1日地域のガスが来なくなり、お湯が使えなかったが、発生したことの連絡も対応も無かった。飛行機の長旅で到着後、シャワーがなかったのは困った。ホテルのせいでは無いとは言え、代替手段とかホテル側からの連絡とか、値引きなどの対応があって欲しかったのが残念。

Pros:

Отличный частный отель на небольшой улочке в центре города. С одной стороны в 2х минутах хотя-бы тенистый терренкур, с другой оживленный пр-т Достык. Место достаточно тихое. Персонал молодой, приветливый. Завтрак в номер на выбор - овсянка и сырный тост или яйца (яичница, омлет, скрэмбл), салат и сырный тост, стакан сока. Номер соответствует фото (даже вазы с сухоцветами в комнате и санузле). Мы жили в 1м номере на 1 этаже. Благодаря тенту террасы в номере была тень. Кровати удобные. Полотенца меняются ежедневно. Умный унитаз, тропический душ

Cons:

Небольшие неудобства - отсутствие полочки в душевой для косметических принадлежностей и прикроватной тумбы. Но это мелочи.

Pros:

Очень приветливый парень на ресепшене, утром также приветливая девушка была. Персонал хороший. В тему был большой телевизор) посмотрели сериал

Cons:

Из минусов только слив в душевой, который не работал практически. Приходилось контролировать напор воды и подпирать полотенцем чтобы не затопить всю ванную комнату

Очень хороший отель, прекрасное местоположение, приятный персонал

Cons:

Персонал хоть и приятный, но не очень квалифицирован. Приехали во время Чемпионата мира по футболу, телевизор не удалось посмотреть целые сутки, пока не сменилась смена. Меня телевизор не интересовал, а мужу было важно. Завтрак не вкусный, совсем...и холодный, Ванная комната требует ремонта, хотя в целом неплохо смотрится...в раковине плохо работает слив, вода пока умываешься, наполняется под завязку. Описываю негатив для будущих путешественников, для чистоты эксперимента.

Pros:

Nice, spacious room with a sofa, fridge, and tea-making facilities. There's also a water dispenser downstairs. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet enough to leave on overnight.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was served to the room each morning.

The location was one of the highlights. It's next to a stream with an excellent path for walking or running, and it's within walking distance of the Kok Tobe viewpoint. There's also a shopping mall nearby with a supermarket on the lower ground floor. If you visit after 8:30 pm, you can often find good discounts at the deli counter.

Хорошая гостиница для рабочих задач.
Pros:

Достаточно просторный номер (для двоих человек), отличное месторасположение - не так шумно, как когда живешь прямо на Достыке, при этом всё необходимое есть рядом.

Cons:

Очень простой завтрак. Сам по себе вкусный но маленький и выбор всего из двух вариантов. Нужно быть готовым, что не шведский стол в традиционном исполнении.
