We always stay at this particular Drury Inn whenever we come to the city.
Pros:

The staff was great each shift we received the same greatness. The breakfast was good, the happy hour food selections were great as well.

Cons:

That we had to leave, other than that I cant find anything wrong.

We love the Drury Inn and try to book our stays there where ever we travel. It was spotless clean im the main level are

Cons:

I booked it with the website saying there was free shuttle service from airport but did not find out it was discontinued until I reached the airport and called for the shuttle. I had to then spend extra money that I hadn’t planned on.

Good food, great staff, and an awesome room made for the comfiest, coziest bachelorette trip ever.
Pros:

The location was great, far enough away from the highway that it was quiet. The breakfast was delicious, especially the hashbrowns and the waffles! I liked that management came around to check on everyone as well. Staff at check-in was wonderful, and I like that check-out was hands-off. The free food in the evening was part of the reason we stayed here, and it did not disappoint! And the room was immaculate, very spacious and clean and comfortable. And the whole hotel smelled clean (and was really nicely decorated, very good style!) Also, this might sound silly, but I was really glad there was an actual soap tray in the bathroom. I always hate at other hotels when you open up their soap and you just have to sit it on the wrapper or on the countertop. It feels like unnecessary mess. So thank you for that!

Pros:

Breakfast and the snacks were amazing. The hotel facility and the rooms were clean. Most importantly your staff was amazing. I will definitely be staying again whenever visit Pittsburgh next.

Cons:

I was unable to turn off the AC in both the rooms - the room got chilly after a while - the only way to stay comfy was turning on the heating.

Not an Airport Hotel
Pros:

Nice staff and nice facility.

Cons:

Remote location. Promoted as an airport hotel but in reality a $50 taxi ride away. No restaurant on-site or within walking distance, so not a good solution if you don't have a car.

Very enjoyable stay from the friendly check to check out.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. The happy hour was busy yet the staff jumped in to help each other to keep things stocked at all times.

Cons:

Nothing. Just wish it had some restaurants walking distance. Definitely not the hotels fault.
