This Our New Place To Stay when in Pittsburgh.
Pros:

Friendly staff, Very Clean, Beds comfy, Very impressed with everything! All the staff that we met were so friendly and joyful! Great staff!

Cons:

There is nothing I can say. Great Place. If I have to comment about something, Needs a fan in the bathroom for steam control.

This is very unprofessional unsafe place

The booking fabricate this day I will never ever stay at this hotel chain and I would recommend everyone not to stay there since I’m a planner and I deal with people I would recommend I’m never gonna stay here

Everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was spotless, evening meal was very good. The GM personally drove me to the airport. She is very smart and professional….and runs a great hotel. She is a rising star.
