I was stupid enough to lock myself out of the room and while I struggled to get connected to the phone number, I was helped greatly on the phone by the owners. Major kudos.
It was clean and in a convenient location.
The floor boards need screwing down as you hear everyone walking round In the public areas.

Good location, easy to access, helpful staff. Room was large and very clean. Shower was decent too. Easy walking distance of everything in the town centre and no problem parking outside. Great value.
Minor quibble - room description stated there was a hairdryer in the room but there was none.

The location didn’t make me feel safe, the lack of a proper reception, the very basic, stained and very tired interior, the single full ceiling light, the dubious neighbouring properties, the bird poo splattered window that I couldn’t open easily, the whole drab and depressing feel of the place was reminiscent of a flop house rather than a guest house; I decided in the evening to drive another 6 hours back home (after driving all day) just to avoid a night here. I would have rather slept in my car. Total waste of money. I expected basic, but not depressing and dingy

Check-in process was easy to follow and parking is possible on the street in front. Staff were friendly if you need to call them.
The rooms were not super clean, lots of dust and mould in bathroom.
Basic room, bed comfortable, from outside I was concerned. But room was clean great. Value for money.
Poor outlook...not enough milk, supply downstairs empty only one pillow on bed, bathroom had a bad smell, windows wouldn't open. During this heatwave we needed to open one.
