A perfect location and beautiful setting!
Pros:

Lovely staff, gorgeous location and fantastic facilities. Perfect for exploring Marlow/Henley on Thames. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great. We loved our stay!
The grounds and pool were amazing, our room lead out onto a courtyard with lots of seating, running water features and mood lighting at night... gorgeous!

Relaxing stay nice atmosphere friendly staff but requires some tlc and an upgrade ,
Pros:

It was quaint cozy and had a nice charm about it

Cons:

Pool Loungers were old and tatty and pool wasn’t desirable to go in. Rooms clean but more basic toiletries would have been good.

Great location and pool!
Pros:

Lovely peaceful countryside location. Lots of areas to sit. Very nice hardworking staff. Delicious food in the evening. We enjoyed the pool. Room a decent size and the air con worked a treat.

Cons:

Decor in poor taste in the rooms. Brown pleather stuck on cupboard doors for example. Could easily be made so much nicer if pared back. Generally I think understaffed as the communal areas need a good clean. Breakfast not very good. Poor quality (cheap) ingredients other than the fresh fruit but we appreciated the free flowing coffee.

Pros:

What a gem of a place it was so good we returned again a few days later. The location is fabulous the pool is immaculate and the food is high quality

Cons:

I would of liked a cooked breakfast option rather than just continental.

Amazing venue relaxing and satisfied our chilled out couple of days
Pros:

Very relaxing friendly hotel , great food and pool facilities. Good value and exceptional friendly staff

Cons:

Only had one blip but was sorted promptly and very satisfied with manager Sam who professionally dealt with it , thank you

Nice stay but breakfast disappointing
Pros:

Friendly & relaxed in the afternoon & evening. Service & food were both good.

Cons:

Breakfast. Rather pay than have a complimentary continental breakfast with no cheese, little fruit & no cereal. Coffee & tea were both cold . Generally felt like we were in the way.
