Great location!
Pros:

Great location, staff were really helpful and friendly. Bed was so comfy.

Wouldn’t stay here again and will not be recommending it to family or friends!
Pros:

Closeness to the airport.

Cons:

Far too expensive for the size of the rooms, which are VERY compact!
The bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous occupants. There was what appeared to be bogies on the ceiling, not sure how on earth they got there!
A continental type breakfast (croissant, yogurt, fruit and a drink) was handed to me in a paper bag, I wasn’t asked if I had any allergies! On check out the staff didn’t even ask if I had enjoyed my stay, which is a standard question usually!
A very disappointing stay and I’ve paid less in central London!

Expensive for a shoe box
Pros:

Very close to Terminal only a few minutes walk away.

Cons:

Felt like I was in a shoe box. No windows and Bed touched the door when you opened it and could only get out of the bed one side. Had to close the bathroom door when having a shower as was told it could set the fire alarm off! Food offered was grab and go only.
Would not recommend for the money.

Cons:

The room had no window, no air was flowing even though it had air con. The green light on the smoke alarm was extremely bright. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable.
