Toilet fixed near a wall
Toilet flush took 4 goes before reacting
Tap was stiff
Lack of hooks in bathroom a) to hang your clothes when getting a shower and for wet used towels
As there is no space at one side of bed, it needs a table or shelf for person sitting on bed near tv. Had to put cup of coffee on floor. No where to put phone etc. It is a double room for two people.

If you want convenient access to departure gates.
Pros:

Easy access to Terminal 3. Comfortable bed and great shower. Tiny room but all we wanted was a place to sleep the night before our flight back to the US. Free coffee and tea in their “library”

Cons:

Had trouble with the AC necessitating a room change. 2nd AC was also slow to cool (heat wave in England)

I have stayed at the Hilton at terminal 2, the price is comparable to the Areotel, but way better in acomadation.
Pros:

Convenient, close to terminal.

Cons:

No window in room, breakfast was sparse and not worth the price and room was quite small for the price.

Cons:

The food offering was only a meal deal however there were other options nearby, so no problem. Expensive but very convenient. Would use again.
