The worst hotel room I have ever had
Pros:

The staff at front desk where friendly. The hotel is extremely over priced. The room was sooo tiny you literally fell into the bed as you opened the door! There was no window it was dark and dingy! You only got 1 little milk for tea or coffee. The bathroom was even smaller it was dusty and dirty. It was disgusting considering the price.

Very small room but good shower and perfect if you have an early flight.
Pros:

Perfect location if you're travelling from terminal 3. Comfy bed. Good shower. Quiet.

Cons:

No window in room. Very small room but ok if all you need is sleep.
There's no restaurant and room very expensive.

Ideal for a restful overnight or day room between flights
Pros:

Right beside Terminal Three Arrivals so could not be more convenient, the bed was very comfortable, considering where it is the room was amazingly quiet, not a single external sound penetrated the room and a Marks and Spencer food shop is close by for snacks. The staff could not have been more helpful on what was clearly a very difficult day for the airport as a whole.

Cons:

It is pricey but so is everything at Heathrow and I bet a chunk of their money goes to the airport!

Pros:

This location was exceptionally easy to find, conveniently situated right across from Caffè Nero—perfect for an early morning coffee. The staff were pleasant, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with a soft mattress.

Does the job for an airport hotel and 1 night’s stay. It’s by arrival’s though and not departures.
Pros:

Convenient for an early flight and right in the airport. Comfortable bed, very clean with tea, coffee etc. There’s an M&S convenience store right outside. The coffee lounge with work stations and microwave is a nice extra.

Cons:

Be aware that you will be in arrivals so for restaurants you need to get to departures. There’s no window in the room but there are plenty of lights.

Bad night’s sleep
Pros:

Staff and location. The two ladies checking us in were fantastic and the location is right opposite the terminal

Cons:

It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep due to the numerous incredibly bright green lights that couldn’t turn off. One was the aircon and the other potentially a security light but once the main lights were turned off these green light illuminated the entire room. Also the bed was not particularly comfortable

Very good. we would stay there again.
Pros:

On airport property & very convenient for weary travelers! The cold AC & the soft sheets! Sheets were wonderful!!

Cons:

Coffee machine was not working. Rooms very small.
