Pros:

The pool. The lobby. The staff. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Carpet in room was dirty. Needs deep clean not just housekeeping clean. The pressure in the water was too low. It took a while for the hot water to come out.

este es un comentario para que por favor me regresen parte de mi dinero ustedes me hacen un cargo por $ 4,083.53 pesos el dia 30 de julio por la primer noche y hasta ahi esta bien llego al hotel lucerna y no reconocen el cargo y me comentan que me lo van a regresar en este caso Booking y lucerna me hace el cargo por las dos noches por $8642,02 pesos..

Me encanto el ambiente que se siente en el hotel, son muy agradables las habitaciones y siempre sentí que estábamos muy atendidos. Las camas eran muy cómodas.

Los barandales de los mini balcones de las habitaciones les urge una buena arreglada, lucen desatendidos.
En el baño encontré en el piso accesorios como liga de cabello etc de mujer y un cabello largo en el sanitario.

The hotel is upscale without the upscale price. You receive great treatment since you drive ip and are greeted by the valet staff.

The floor in my room was not clean. Socks were soiled from walking in the room without shoes.
