TODO POR MEJORAR EN EL HOTEL

NADA.

Cons:

TODO. Falta mantenimiento y renovar todo. Había cucarachas. Colchones muy incómodos y viejos, paredes sucias, falta pintar y cambiar muebles de las habitaciones. El baño también muy descuidado.

Horrible lugar, No tenía agua.caliente,el aire acondicionado tiraba agua,éramos 2 personas y solo nos dejaron 1 toalla,el teléfono para llamar a recepción estaba quebrado y sin funcionar,el restaurante pésima atención con,el desayuno horrible y frío,la puerta de la habitación cerraba mal tenias que asotarla para que cerrará, pésimo lugar y aparte decía a 6 min de las escolleras y estaba a media hora

MEJORAR PEQUEÑUA DETALLES DE MANTENIMIENTO.

PRIMERO EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL, DE TODOS LOS TURNOS BIEN ATENTOS A NUESTRAS PETICIONES; SOLICITÉ ME PRESTARAN 2 ALMOHADAS EXTRAS Y ENSEGUIDA ME LAS LLEVARON AL CUARTO.

SON PEQUEÑOS DETALLES QUE SE PUEDEN MEJORAR. EN UN CUARTO DE UN FAMILIAR, EL AIRE DEL SPLITS MUY DÉBIL, POR LO CUSL PASARON UN POCO DE CALOR;ES CUESTIÓN DE MANTENIMIENTO.
Y UN CONTROL DE LA TELE AL PARECER YA NO FUNCIONABAN LAS PILAS PUES NO QUISO APAGAR EL TELEVISOR.
Y EN CUARTO QUE YO OCUPÉ FALTA CUADRAR EL MARCO DE LA PUERTA, YA QUE SE TENÍA QUE CERRAR DE MANERA ALGO FUERTE Y DESDE LUEGO SE HACÍA RUIDO.

Nada decía que incluía desayuno y solo dieron leche y cereal corrioso

No pudimos dormir nadie de mi familia toda la noche xq no tenían luz las recamaras de arriba y abajo que sí tenían luz no fueron para cambiarnos de habitación aparte la chica de recepción es una mujer igualada! Le comenté que el por qué no nos habían hablado para cambiarnos de habitación y cuando le dije que si nos aplicaría algún reembolso solo dijo que no estaba su jefe y cuando me di la vuelta sin empecé a caminar hacia fuera de la recepción y como me tuve que regresar porque tenía una última duda me di cuenta que me estaba remedando y le dije en ese momento que si para ella era chistoso estarse burlando de los clientes salí furioso de ese lugar!! No vuelvo....

Situación con una cucaracha.
Pros:

La atención y que fueron capaces de resolver aun cuando tuvimos una situación desagradable.

Cons:

Que en la, habitación del piso inferior, teníamos una cucaracha. Y nos resolvieron, cambiandonos a otra habitación en el siguiente piso. Argumentandonos qué por ser el primer piso, era más complicado evitar que dichos vichos se colaran en el mismo.
