Lady in kitchen was very polite. Located in town center. Place look very vintage.
This place need a good renovation. Walls and celing need to be repaint. Room was tiny and dirty, need a proper cleaning. Towels and linen were clean. My worst experience so far, not recomending.
The staff here were excellent, they went above and beyond to cater to our every need and felt like family when we left. The location was brilliant, centrally located and very walkable. The pub downstairs was our favourite of all the pubs, perfect for the craic and very welcoming. You cant beat the price!
The cleaning in the room was not good .
Location was excellent. Room small but clean and tidy. Liked breakfast. Staff very friendly. Good value for money.
Maybe provide shower jell. Hard to complain considering cost if room.
Relatively cheap. The hotel is centrally located. The room was ok, twin bed, different height. The breakfast was good with a full.irish, but coffee is instant only. Overall, it has a sort of charm.
The room was small but adequate. The hotel.itself is dated.
The hotel was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.
It's central
Room had holes in the walls, the words "Fuck off" carved into the wardrobe doors and again on the wall, and damp stains on the ceiling.
Nice staff, hall decoration and low price.
The place would look better after wall paint and some renewal but honestly I didn't mind that for a short stay. Anyway I recommend.
Any small stool/chair would be good to have in the room.
Traveled for a First Holy Communion. Hotel opposite the church. No receptionist on duty, a lady from the bar was covering both. This girl was friendly and helpful. The room was very small, with two single beds, both comfortable. There was no remote control for the TV in the room and one could not be found. There was tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom;- well where do I start. The space was tiny. The shower unit was held together with glue, the toilet was clean, as was the wash basin. The shower head was leaking. There was plenty of hot water. The carpet in bedroom could do with replacing. There was dust everywhere.
Breakfast;- no selection of juices, just squeeze orange juice in a carton. There was no cereal, until the last person came in for breakfast. There was a burco boiler in the dining room, the kettle had to be filled from this, to make tea/coffee. The toaster was a simple household toaster. The burco, kettle, and toaster were plugged into an extension lead. The choice for cooked breakfast was bacon, sausage and egg, that was it. The waitress was very accommodating, she made delicious scrambled egg, when asked for it.
The bar, kitchen and waitressing staff were so nice and friendly.
Having said all of the above, the proprietor was so accommodating, when we asked if we could leave our luggage for an hour after checking out. This was a real bonus for us, as we didn't have a car.
Would I stay again, probably not, but if I did, I would know what to expect.
The tiny bedroom and bathroom. The idea of a burco boiler in the dining room, and having to fill an electric kettle to boil the water, with no drip tray underneath the tap of the boiler.. Three electrical appliances plugged into an extension lead, a real health and safety hazzard.
I liked the location centrally in the town and along the way to other destinations. I liked how easy it was to find.
I did not like the size of the rooms or the state of the rooms. There were holes in the wall and the bathroom was inadequate. The tea kettle couldn't even be filled with water from the sink. The room was dirty.
Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff.
