The cons outweigh the pros.
Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful and the hotel is located 6 minutes by foot from the Tayrona bus station in Santa Marta.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was out of order, the street where the hotel is located is sketchy and quite noisy (nearby store blasting music), the pillows were uncomfortable, the sheets and comforter were too small for the size of the bed (it looked like single bed sheets placed sideways on a full bed), and there was debris on the pillows and floor.

El hotel tiene margen de mejora.
Pros:

Aprecié la amabilidad del personal, así como la comodidad de la habitación y la conveniente ubicación del hotel.

Cons:

No me resultó satisfactorio tener que colocar una toalla en la puerta del baño para contener el derrame de agua hacia la habitación. Asimismo, la oferta de desayuno carecía de variedad, manteniéndose constante. Considero que hay margen para la mejora en estos aspectos

Muy alejado de algunos comercios
Pros:

La habitación es bonita y todo está ordenado, el comedor y en general.

Cons:

Que no hubo señal de wifi en la tv, que los fines de semana es muy peligroso salir, ya que a media cuadra de ahí hay borrachos y toda esa zona a partir de las 8 o 9 pm se vuelve demasiado desolada, puede prestarse para un robo o cualquier otra cosa

Cons:

No hot shower. Really bad location, middle of the slums. One of the staff provided false info at all times. He mentioned a wrong time about closing the jacuzzi and a fix for hot shower which never happened.

Por un error en la página ese no era el hotel aue habia elegido
Delante de mi y el señor de receoción me descintaron de mi cuenta 2 dias sin haber estado ni una noche alla.
Contraté un Uber y en pleno 4 de enero al fin encontré un apartestudio.
Cuando pedí el nombre y contacto del Gerente,
me dieron en un papel rsgado y escrito con boligrafo un nombre y 2 teléfonos. Ya bote ese papel.
La atención fue pésima.
Y me descontaron de mi cuenta cerca de $600.000
pesos colombianos.

FUE UN DESCARO
