Bonita experiencia rodeada de naturaleza
Pros:

La vista desde la habitación, aire acondicionado y el buffet del restaurante en el desayuno.

El cuarto no estaba limpio
No te prestaban toallas para la piscina
Dentro del restaurante pésimo servicio, el mozo simplemente atendió por atender
Dentro de la piscina se le preguntaba algo a los del servicio y te respondían de mala manera
Dentro del cuarto con polvo, frigobar sucio, pedías bombas de jabón para la tina con hidromasaje y no habia

El balo daba hacia la calle y no tenia una cortina, se podia ver de adentro hacia la calle y la calle podia ver todo lo de mi baño asignado en la habitación

Una estancia increíble, súper recomendado si vas a Pucallpa

Todo excelente. La piscina y la zona del mirador/palapa son espectaculares para relajarse. La atención del personal super amable, las habitaciones bien limpias y cómodas. ¡Sin duda un 10/10!

Beautiful space, lots of plants, clean and there's a swimming pool with a bar available, air-conditioning in the rooms and hot showers

Cons:

I asked for a late check out since my flight was in the afternoon.They said sure, but when I tried to check out they charged me 85 soles for a late check out. They did not inform me it would cost money and had I known I would have done without it. They insisted that I had to pay and that I should have known they would charge me. I have never been charged for a late check out in my life, and if that were the case, I'd hope I'd be informed. Informed consent is key. It was a failure in communication however I felt gaslit by staff who made it seem like it was obvious.

Breakfast appeared upscale but I did not find it to be high quality
