Todo excelente. La piscina y la zona del mirador/palapa son espectaculares para relajarse. La atención del personal super amable, las habitaciones bien limpias y cómodas. ¡Sin duda un 10/10!

Beautiful space, lots of plants, clean and there's a swimming pool with a bar available, air-conditioning in the rooms and hot showers

Cons:

I asked for a late check out since my flight was in the afternoon.They said sure, but when I tried to check out they charged me 85 soles for a late check out. They did not inform me it would cost money and had I known I would have done without it. They insisted that I had to pay and that I should have known they would charge me. I have never been charged for a late check out in my life, and if that were the case, I'd hope I'd be informed. Informed consent is key. It was a failure in communication however I felt gaslit by staff who made it seem like it was obvious.

Breakfast appeared upscale but I did not find it to be high quality

Ein idealer Ort um mit einem Hauch Luxus zu entspannen.
Pros:

Das reichhaltige Frühstück ist sehr peruanisch, mit vielen Häppchen und Früchten. Sehr fleischlastig, aber sie haben für mich, als Vegetarierin, immer extra ein Gemüse-Ei Special gekocht. Super! Das Zimmer mit Klimaanlage hatte einen gemütlichen Balkon, von dem aus ich viele Vögel beobachten konnte. Auch der Pool und der Garten mit den Wasserschildkröten und vielen Blumen laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Hafen ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar, und es gibt wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge an der Lagune.

Ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer wäre das Tüpfchen auf dem i gewesen…

Great place to stay. Would recommend!
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They picked us up at the airport one minute after we got our luggage. The pool was lovely. The breakfast had a nice variety of things to choose. There were lots of birds in the many trees on the property. They didn't try to squeeze another sol out of us at every turn like some places: 'Can we leave our suitcase here after checkout for a few hours?' 'Sure. No problem!' Awesome hot showers!

Cons:

There were pigeons roosting in our roof and they made scratching noises early in the morning! I guess that's the price of having lots of birds around!

Ni agradable ni desagradable.
Pros:

El que tenga bastantes arboles y areas verdes

Cons:

Las instalaciones internas se estan quedando antiguas. La ducha esta mal diseñada cuando me bañaba el agua se esparcia hasta el area de la cama, El control del TV estaba con las baterias expuestas, el televisor era complicado de operar, pedi ayuda y me la dieron.
