Não vale a pena, o atendimento é horrível.
Cons:

O atendimento foi péssimo, funcionários muito antipáticos. Antes de encerrar o horário do café da manhã, a equipe foi retirando os itens do buffet e as xícaras e os pratos foram tomados de nossa mesa enquanto ainda estávamos terminado o café. Experiência horrorosa, nunca vivenciada em um hotel. No geral, além desse episódio tenebroso, a sensação é de que os hóspedes não são bem-vindos no hotel.

Pros:

This was my fourth stay at Novotel Itajaí, and I can see that the hotel keeps improving. It feels cleaner and better maintained every time I visit. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast is very good, the location is excellent, and it offers great value for the price. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay, and I look forward to coming back again.

No checkin deram um quarto já ocupado para minha colega. Todos os dias as camareiras abriam alguma porta que rangia alto. Avisei todos os dias sobre isso e não colocaram um mísero desengripante. No último dia, às 7:15 uma funcionária quase derrubou minha porta com pancadas e tentando abri-la. Acordei no susto e abri a porta para descobrir que era engano, que ela queria acordar daquele jeito o hóspede do 153. O meu quarto era 1153. No quarto falta iluminação. Pode ser que o hotel queira ser estilo "lua de mel", mas falta uma luz no quarto. Tive que usar lanterna do celular.

Hotel realmente é excelente. Tudo muito limpo, organizado e bonito. A cama é muito confortável. A ducha do chuveiro é bem forte e relaxante, dá vontade de ficar mais de 1 hora no banho. O café da manhã é o clássico buffet de hotel bem saboroso e completo: há bolos, tortas, vários tipos de pães, queijo, muitas frutas.

Cons:

Os aparelhos de ar condicionado fazem um zumbido incômodo, principalmente na função de aquecedor.

La atención del personal es buena, tods amables. Las instalaciones son cómodas.

Cons:

Me alojé una semana. Dos días llegué de noche del trabajo y no habían hecho limpieza del cuarto. Estaba bien frío y una de las ventanas no cerraba bien por lo cual entraba aire.
