Csodaszép hotel, kiváló helyen, nagyon lelkiismeretes és segítőkész személyzettel.
Pros:

Fantasztikus elhelyezkedés, a személyzet pedig igazán kedves és segítőkész. A szoba hatalmas és nagyon tiszta volt, a reggeli változatos és finom.

Cons:

Az ágy és a párba nagyon kényelmetlen volt.

Pros:

Hotel vypadá historicky a měl pěkné pokoje, byli jsme spokojeni i se snídaní, která byla pestrá, avšak bylo to asi díky tomu, že jsme si přivstali a byli tam mezi prvními.

Cons:

Trochu nás zarazila koupelna, nebyl nejnovější, ale protékal záchod a kolem sprchy protékala voda, i když jsem na pokoj teprve došli a sotva se ubytovali. Každopádně to na jednu noc na přespání nemělo vliv a celkově jsme byli spokojeni.

Don't book that hotel!
Pros:

On the first of August, we checked in for one night. The receptionist told us that our vehicle would not be able to leave the parking lot after 9 pm until the morning, to which I replied that it was a very strange request and that I had not seen it anywhere when I booked the room. She answered me rather cheekily that she could not do anything about it. Then I asked her if we could go out of the room at 10:30 am - the more impudent answer was NO!
The next morning, the insolence did not subside. At 9:58 the room was vacated and at 10:07 she approached me in the cafe across the entrance road to the hotel and loudly said in front of other guests; You are 7 minutes late for checking out. I told her she was wrong, but that didn't help either. There was no end to the insolence. Then I asked her how it was that the yard they use for parking was open at 10 pm, and we were looking for parking around town because we were told they close at 9.
All in all, impudence and unprofessionalism at the highest level. Even her colleague raised her voice at me to the extent that I couldn't believe it. My advice - NEVER PUT YOURSELF IN THE SITUATION IN WHICH WE FOUND.

Pros:

Lokalita super. Historické centrum blízko, nádherný park pred hotelom.

Cons:

Personál zvláštne smutný. Televízor nešiel. Reklamovali sme, ale nikto neprišiel opraviť.

We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we are in the area!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! It was our first night in Croatia. The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk into town, into the park, to the market, etc.
