Will never book this hotel again.
Pros:

Room not bad. Clean.
Small kitchen.
Didn't see bugs.

Cons:

Couldn't get in.
We arrived Sunday after 3PM.
Got 2 room keys from reception room in envelop.
Keys didn't work.
No one at reception after 2PM M-F,
Required check in time: after 3PM.
No one here Sunday. Monday also- Hollyday.
Hotel phone not answered.
Emergency phone provided but not answered too.
We stack on street with luggage for hours.
Sweat lady from next door room helped us. Let us in. Called to Booking.
They manage to send someone to fix our door keys.
Lost near half day of our 2 night's stay in Copenhagen and lot of nerves until we get in room.

Parfait pour un petit séjour dans Copenhague en étant à proximité des transports
Pros:

Logement très bien situé, bien équipé, lits très confortables
Belle surprise avec les bons pour le petit déjeuner à la supérette juste en face pour 50DKK

Personnel très réactif qui nous a répondu par téléphone à 1h30 du matin suite à un problème avec le code pour récupérer la carte de la chambre et tout était réglé en 2 minutes

Cons:

Il serait bien d’avoir des rideaux occultants pour éviter d’avoir la chambre baignée de lumière dès le lever du soleil

Lovely stay, clean and roomy appt
Pros:

Lovely base to explore the city. We arrived early and reception were closed. I sent a message asking could we get in early and answered within minutes saying it was ready and we could get in. Had a little kitchenette with a kettle, fridge and cooking facilities. Clean and about a 9 minute walk to the metro.bus stop straight across the road but bus only runs every 30 minutes

Pour mon premier voyage en Europe, c’était incroyable.
Pros:

La chambre était nickel, la réceptionniste est bienveillante, je suis sorti jeter les ordures à la poubelle et j’avais pas vue l’heure de clôture de ma chambre, en essayant de re ouvrir la porte, c’était bloquer ( je suis revenu 5 minutes après la clôture définitive de ma chambre), mes valises étaient toujours à l’intérieur mais en l’appelant, en 5 minutes elle es venu m’ouvrir. Merci pour le service.

Excellent, comfortable room with all the little details
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Loved the fridge in the room and the complementary drinks bar with coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc.
Great sized room for two people. Was perfect for our short stay. Easy walking distance from the train station. Easy to check in, even on a weekend, instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Pros:

A pocas cuadras de la estación de tren a la que se puede llegar desde Malmo o desde el aeropuerto. Muy lindo barrio con supermercado enfrente y en la estación de tren abierto haya las 22hs. El departamento super cómodo y amplio.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um von dort aus die Stadt zu erkunden. Toll fanden wir es auch, dass es die Möglichkeit gab, sich jederzeit Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten.

By far the best value-for-money hotel in Copenhagen
Pros:

Located just a 5 minute walk from Østerport station, in an area with some of the best bakeries in town, it's quiet, it's clean, and the staff are very kind and attentive.

Cons:

Keep in mind that the accommodation is in the attic, so it might be a bit warm in the summer. Also, the curtains are quite small, so you might wake up to daylight. Luckily, a free sleep mask was provided, which probably saved the nights.

War in Ordnung, aber keine Empfehlungen
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich super, die Metrostation Østerport ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Als 'Hotel' würde ich die Unterkunft allerdings nicht bezeichnen, ehr als Ferienwohnung. Unser Zimmer lag unter dem Dach in der 5. Etage eines Wohnhauses. Einen Zimmerservice gab es nicht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war aufgrund der Lage unter dem Dach sehr aufgeheizt, eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht.
Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Gaubenfenster zu verdunkeln.
Alles in allem haben Zimmer und Bad eine Renovierung nötig.
Das Bad ist sehr klein, man duscht mit Waschbecken im Duschbereich.
Einen Kleiderschrank gibt es auch nicht.
