We stayed in the older part of the hotel w Hoch could do with an update. Yet still very comfortable and clean.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum, ale jednocześnie bardzo spokojnie i komfortowo. Pokój duży, przestronny, łóżko wygodne. Śniadania bardzo różnorodne, w dużej sali pozwalały delektować się jej smakami. Personel bardzo pomocny i przyjazny. Gorąco polecam na wypoczynek.
W hotelu Wersal jesteśmy z mężem kolejny rok ( 4 ),oczywiście jak zawsze bardzo zadowoleni, wszystko w należytym porządku, śniadania bardzo urozmaicone i smaczne. Obsługa hotelu na piątkę z plusem🥰 pozdrawiamy i zapewniam że wrócimy tam po raz kolejny 🥰

The Wersal reception is not there - one has to go to another building (5-star Bachleda Resort) to check in and check out. Unlike the hotel exteriors, the rooms in Wersal are worn-off - creaking doors, loose door handles and locks. There is no hair dryer in the room - you should fetch it from the reception in the Bachreda hotel. Too few power outlets - we managed to find only three in our twin room, of which one was not working.

Przepyszne śniadania, bardzo duży wybór dla każdego. Idealna lokalizacja. Przesympatyczna i zawsze pomocna obsługa. Sam hotel bardzo ładny choć górna część oraz pokoje widać, że są starsze ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Cena za nocleg plus śniadanie naprawdę była bardzo konkurencyjna. Spokojnie można było korzystać z lobby baru, strefy dla dzieci i strefy Wellnes znajdujących się w hotelu Bachleda Resort.
Brak suszarki do włosów w pokoju. Teraz dałam rade ale w okresie jesień-zima było by to dla mnie problemem. Przyznam, że nie zwróciłam uwagi na opisie pokoju, że tego typu udogodnienia nie będzie ale może dlatego, ze nigdy się nie spotkałam z brakiem suszarki. Brak gniazdek przy łóżku ale bez tego tez daliśmy rade :-)
