I had a bad experience with Mona, the staff member that checked me in. She took 1 hour to check me in. After I had my room I called to ask for an adapter to charge my phone, she said room service will bring to my room right away. I kept waiting, I called again, I went down to lobby twice she kept sending me back to my room. And then after 50 minutes, she said we don't have it. I had only few hours to sleep during my transit in doha after a 13 hr flight. She wasted 2 precious hours of sleep time. Morning staff was very good
