Beautiful clean top standard loved our stay here would recommend to everyone
Pros:

Clean and smelt amazing, great staff, each of them went above and beyond. Mirela was fantastic

Cons:

Breakfast was the same every morning, became repetitive so got boring and dining space was quiet small

Pros:

Otelin kahvaltısı bir Avrupa ülkesindeki en iyi kahvaltılardan biriydi. Üç farklı şekilde hazırlanmış yumurta bile vardı. Börek ve tatlı çeşitleri de gayet iyiydi. Otel şehrin tam kalbinde muhteşem bir konumda yer almaktaydı. Çalışanlar şehir ve ihtiyaç duyduğunuz tüm konularda oldukça yardımsever davrandılar. Emil bey, maç izleyebileceğim mekan önerisinde bile bulundu. Ayrıca Mirnela hanım çok iyi bir şekilde Türkçe konuşabiliyor ve otele giriş yaptığınız andan otelden ayrılana kadar olağanüstü bir çaba ile size yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Otelin, havalimanından otele ücretli transfer hizmeti de bulunuyor. İndiğimde Emil bey, beni bekliyordu. Dönüşte de belirttiğim saatte beni otelden hava limanına götürdü. Saray Bosna eski şehir (Başçarşı) bölgesinde en iyi seçeneklerden biri olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Cons:

Oda daha büyük ve şehir manzaralı olabilirdi. Kaldığım oda arka tarafa bakmaktaydı.

A tranquil retreat in a city with so many stories to tell.
Pros:

Superb location with easy access to everything we wanted to visit. Room was airy, bright and clean. We had a top floor room with Velux so getting a view was awkward but we went out and about rather than sitting in the room to look at the city. Breakfast was good and plentiful in choice. Staff were polite and helpful, guiding us with onward travel options and suggestions.

Cons:

Hotel is directly on a main road which isn’t an issue but can take a while to cross from the hotel. Our shower seemed to be missing the sliding part of the door and as a tall person it was tricky as to where to stand in the shower without deflecting the water all over the place….. No tea / coffee but there is a fridge / mini-bar.

PERFECTO!!!!!!!
Pros:

Espectacular hotel! Volveríamos mil veces!!! Todo limpísimo, de buena calidad. Unas vistas preciosas al casco histórico, ya que se encontraba en él. El baño muy cómodo con todo tipo de utensilios de higiene. El desayuno muy abundante y rico.

Cons:

Todo estaba perfecto.

Fijn en goede locatie
Pros:

Fijne kamers en lekker ontbijt. Het personeel is behulpzaam en aardig. De locatie is geweldig, midden in de stad maar in de kamers is het erg rustig.

Cons:

De wc was de eerste dag niet fris. De rest van de badkamer overigens wel. Ook leek het alsof er vloerverwarming aanstond in de badkamer, wat met temperaturen van 30 graden overbodig is.
