The staff is amazing, especially the woman at the reception in the day, she pay attention at every detail.
The breakfast doesn t have nice choices and the toilet in the bathroom wasn t really nice, the shower wasn t working good. In overall is a good hotel but for the price you pay i expect more

Location is very busy urban area, you need transport. Not easy to walk on the sidewalk or cross the road.
This was my first time staying at a Best Western property, and it truly went above and beyond my expectations. Especially for the price, the value was excellent and the room size was surprisingly spacious.
The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and everything I needed was available. The location is also great, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes, which made the stay very convenient.
The pool is a bit small, but honestly it’s not a big issue since you’re in Bali with so many beautiful beaches to explore.
Breakfast was decent, though it would be even better with a few more international options. That said, for the price, it’s completely fair. If you want more variety, room service is available with plenty of choices.
Overall, everything was great and I had an awesome stay. Highly recommended.

The staff and the bed and beddings.
General maintenance. The first room couldn't be cooled sufficiently with the aircon.
One side of the property is very noisy at night and there is no sound proofing.
The hearty and various unlimited breakfast was excellent. Staff was very kind and helpful ready to assist at any time. There are many markets around it. The location was excellent as a base to visit the different beaches in Uluwatu.
It is only a minor issue, but there are a lots of birds that can make the balcony a bit dirty, but do not overthink this point, it is definitely not a show stopper :)
