A clean and comfortable room in a good location
Pros:

The check-in process was simple and efficient and the staff were helpful. The room was very clean and had all of the amenities as advertised. I found the bed to be comfortable and the room to be quiet. I really appreciated having a desk to use for writing. The bathroom was not large but the shower was very nice. They don't offer breakfast but there are restaurants nearby for breakfast like Leon's Bagels which is less than 100ft away. I also liked the location--easy walking to Fulton St., Cortland St. And WTC subway stations was huge plus. Getting Uptown was very easy. Chinatown and Little Italy are a 20 minute walk. Also, they have a nice bar on floor 20.

A little gem
Pros:

What a gem of a hotel. Stayed here for 9 nights. Room was lovely and big with a super king bed, large sofa, wardrobe on the small size but we managed. We did have an outside terrace but the aircon made it noisy at times but still a lovely space. The staff were always smiling and very friendly. Hotel opposite the subway which made getting around so easy. Would highly recommend. Room serviced every day, so very clean and comfortable.

Pleasant Experience
Pros:

Nice, quiet accommodations close to many attractions. Easy to get around with any choice of transportation. Our Concierge, Daniel, was great with helping us on our way each day by calling a cab, making sure we were comfortable in the cab and wishing us a pleasant day.

Amazing Hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel in a great location

The rooms were good and the best was incredibly comfortable, we slept so well every night we were here

The staff were absolutely fantastic, and friendly, and so helpful

We were left a bottle of wine and a card in our room as a gift for our honeymoon too

When we come back to New York, we will book this hotel again!

Highly recommend
Pros:

The Artezen Hotel is a lovely facility and the staff was very attentive and helpful. We were sightseeing for two days and they helped with directions and restaurant suggestions. The best part, it is a short walk (like 5 minutes) to Ground Zero and 10 minutes to the Battery and the ferry to the Statue of Liberty. And the Bull of Wall Street is minutes away as well. Highly recommend !

Amazing stay
Pros:

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and made up daily with bottled water and coffee pods replenished. The team here are efficient, polite and friendly and it has a very private feel to it. The hotel is quiet and peaceful in the guest areas and the rooftop bar is fantastic. My husband requested a bottle of champagne for our arrival and it was in the room for us. This really is a hidden gem in a great location and we will absolutely be booking again for our next visit. A really lovely stay
