Expensive, but worth it
Pros:

Location is very central with subway very close to everything. Friendly staff and very clean. Room facilities were also satisfactory.

Cons:

The Hotel is a bit pricy, but so is every hotel in New York for the same price you won't get a lot better anywhere else.

Séjour exceptionnel, l’endroit idéal où séjourner à New York
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tous commerces et surtout d’une station de métro desservie par plusieurs lignes.
La vue sur One World Trade Center en sortant de l’établissement est top 🤩
Les chambres sont propres, lits assez grands et très confortables.
C’est un vrai plus d’avoir le nécessaire pour café et thé dans la chambre, avec des bouteilles d’eau à disposition tous les jours. Il y a également un petit frigo.
Le personnel est très agréable, toujours souriant et serviable 😊
Si j’ai la chance de revenir à New York ça sera dans cet hôtel c’est certain

A must stay
Pros:

Front desk staff and concierge were incredible. The smell of the hotel is amazing - I wish I could have bought the scent. Our room was ready right on time, and even though it's a typical NYC room (smaller side compared to other cities) the room was immaculate. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great. We felt very safe and were within walking distance to some great attractions (9/11 pools/museum, MOAT, Battery park to take a ferry to statue of liberty) etc. Food was also amazing.

Hotel accogliente
Pros:

L'hotel è ubicato in zona tranquilla, ma piena di ristoranti, Duane Reade fronte hotel. Si dorme benissimo! Metro davvero attaccata all'hotel. Nostra camera 502 nuova, silenziosa, insonorizzata; benché l'hotel fosse al completo non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore provenire da altri ospiti. Pulizia perfetta e riordino quotidiano con cambio asciugamani e acqua e caffè a disposizione. Non abbiamo mai fatto fila per ascensore. Letti comodissimi, spazio più che sufficiente per famiglia di quattro persone con due adolescenti. Piccola cabina armadio, ma comodi cassettoni sotto il letto per vestiti. Ombrelli a disposizione in caso di pioggia, personale gentile! Deposito bagagli gratuito. Sono stata a NY altre volte ma questa esperienza di hotel è stata davvero piacevole.

Comfortable stay in a location with easy access to both Brooklyn and most of Manhattan.
Pros:

Great location. Decent rooms.

Cons:

Was assigned a room on the same floor as the administrative offices and there were people talking in the hallway quite early in the morning. There is a recurring whirring noise coming from either the fridge or the air conditioning. This was my second stay and the noise was in both rooms.

Great staff and clean
Pros:

Jose and Juan were fantastic guys and would do anything you asked with no questions asked. All staff friendly and always welcomed us when returning from our day.

Cons:

The hair dryer was not in the best working order and would help if a vanity mirror was on the desk.
