First time
Pros:

Our first time to New York and what a great choice. Room was outstanding as was the entire hotel. Staff on point and always happy to assist. Food and drinks and bar was spot on and generally one of the best locations we could have dreamed of.

Hôtel qui coche toutes les cases !
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé à côté de la station Fulton Street. La chambre était tres propre avec un lit tres confortable. Le service a été au RDV.
Plutot "calme" comme quartier.

The Perfect NYC Home Base
Pros:

My husband and I stayed here during a pit stop between California and Paris. It was the perfect home base. Close to subway, attractions, and restaurants. And the 20th floor bar was the perfect vibe for a rainy day. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the concierge Jose! Would highly recommend!

El alojamiento está impecable, todo nuevo. La habitación es igual a la foto publicada. Sábanas y toallas impecables. Todo limpio. Cama cómoda. Tiene heladera y televisor con cable. El baño es nuevo. Fuimos una noche al rooftop y comimos muy rico. En las habitaciones dejan botellitas de agua, café y snacks, incluidos en el servicio. Quiero destacar al personal, nos recibieron y nos atendieron muy bien. El último día nos guardaron las valijas hasta la hora de nuestro vuelo y al llegar nos regalaron botellitas de agua y nos dejaron utilizar el baño. Esta atención con los huéspedes hace que la experiencia sea perfecta.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at the Artezen. It’s a wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, such friendly, helpful staff and in a fantastic location in the financial district away from the madness of Times Square with the subway just across the road. Highly recommended.
