Artezen Hotel

My partner and I decided to stay at the Artezen hotel mostly due to its outstanding reviews. It did not disappoint. The hotel had a calm ambiance and the staff were down to earth and friendly.

I left a scarf there, and both Johnathan and Erica were very helpful in ensuring its return. I’m very grateful for that, and we will definitely keep the Artezen in mind next time we go to NYC.

The hotel is in a great location. There was a nice bar on the top floor. The room was very well-equipped for families

Water and coffee in the room. Proximity of WTC and Brooklyn Bridge. Nice staff. Clean, fresh, nice smelling rooms. The windows were openable (partly) so we could air the room. Air-conditioning. Comfortable beds. Good lighting in the room. Endless places to eat in the area.

We had a 5 night stay at this excellent hotel. We had booked it directly with the hotel. The location is great. We like the downtown area and very convenient for subway stations.
The room was 1402 and it was very stylish and looked to be fairly recently refurbished. Bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge and a nespresso machine. Very nice bathroom with great shower. Only negative was the wardrobe was very small.
The housekeepers do a great job. Everything was very clean. Reception staff all pleasant and helpful.
There is a very nice rooftop bar which we went to one evening and they have a good happy hour.
All in all a great stay. We would definitely come back here and recommend.

room was very small, but then again the square footage was posted when i booked. but for 1 night for a single person or a couple it was more than what we needed. room was clean and modern. bar was great, great view, great drinks. great, central location. staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. i even left some items and the hotel went out of their way in getting my things returned to me. will def stay again.

Location was close to WTC and Fulton St. stations which made exploring NYC very easy.

The location is excellent and incredibly convenient for enjoying New York. The entire staff was great, genuinely kind, respectful, welcoming, and always very helpful whenever I needed anything.

The room was comfortable, and having a private terrace was a real bonus, especially considering the price. It added a lot to the experience and made the stay feel even more special. I also have to mention how comfortable the bed and pillows were. I honestly had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time!

The only area that could use some improvement is the furniture in the rooms. Some of the wardrobes, tables, and other pieces feel a little dated and would benefit from being renewed or modernized.

Apart from that, everything was excellent. Great location, wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, and very good value for New York. I had a great stay and would happily come back!

This hotel is a hidden gem. Steps away from several subway lines, with hundreds of great options for food and shopping! Stayed in one room with my husband and two teenage kids and we all slept for nearly 11 hours out first might because beds were comfy and room stayed quiet and dark. I forgot.my Kindle in our room and the hotel staff mailed it to me the next day!

I booked this NYC trip for my birthday right after returning from my yearly Christmas trip to Trinidad and Tobago. I’m currently navigating post-concussion syndrome, so my brain was already exhausted. After a nightmare travel day—including hours stuck on a tarmac and a late-night Uber from Jersey—I finally dragged myself and my heavy luggage into the

Then the real panic hit: the front desk couldn't find my reservation!!! I mean no matter how many times I said it and looked at my phone they said my reservation did not exist. Oh and the Hotel was completely full.

Enter the owner, Giuseppe—an absolute rare gem of a human being. He patiently figured out the issue: in my brain-fogged state of cross-checking rates between Hotels.com and the hotel's site, I had accidentally booked my one-night stay for January *2026* instead of 2025. I was stressed beyond belief, utilizing every mindfulness and vestibular physio trick I knew just to keep breathing. Giuseppe was a godsend. He worked a miracle navigating a completely sold-out hotel to find me a room for the night. He even told me to go upstairs, relax, and that he would personally authorize the refund for my non-refundable 2026 third-party booking.

The rest of the staff was just as wonderful. The bellhop was hilarious and helped me with my bags while I explained my 2026 booking blunder (I do comedy, but in the moment, it definitely wasn't funny to me!).

**The Room & Experience**

* **The Atmosphere:** Every single person I interacted with was warm, inviting, and friendly.

* **The Comfort:** The room was unbelievably comfy. I honestly didn't want to leave.

* **The Perks:** Excellent high-end snacks! They stocked Fiji water, cookies, and Miss Vickie’s chips. Three days later at a different hotel, I was *still* drinking the water from my stay.

* **The Only Downside:** My window curtain couldn't be closed, so I had to be extra mindful to stay fully clothed whenever I came into the room at night with the lights on.

If you want a hotel with staff that genuinely cares and treats you with profound kindness during a travel crisis, look no further. Highly recommend!

My partner and I recently stayed at The Artezen for 4 nights when visiting NYC. It was such a lovely experience that I wanted to share. The hotel team are really lovely and friendly and helpful and polite. They always gave us a warm welcome whether it was coming down from the room or going out or coming back in. Always opening the doors for us. Concierge is lovely, especially Juan. It was a fab location just a short walk to Wall Street but actually we walked to China Town and Little Italy it wasn't far away. There are lots of shops, take aways on the doorstep along with the subway. I was worried it may be too far from the buzz of Times Square etc but it was a perfect little oasis to come back to at the end of a busy hot New York day. It was really quiet and the AC worked a treat and was very quiet too. Room was fab and so clean. Bed was amazing and we had the best sleeps. Thank you Artezen - we would like to come back.

My family and I stayed at the Artezen Hotel in New York for four nights. I could not have been more impressed with the service, the staff, the daily delivery of water to our room and the truly exceptional feeling of being welcomed and greeted every time we entered the building.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The price was extremely reasonable. The location to the subway was convenient and there were many restaurants, shops and sites to see that were within walking distance.

It was August and the weather was very hot, yet after a day of sightseeing ~ it really was wonderful to come back to the comfort of the Artezen Hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Artezen Hotel. This was my second time staying here, and my experience was even better than the first.

The staff is outstanding. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Housekeeping also deserves special recognition. My room was always spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was excellent throughout my stay.

Another great advantage is how quiet the rooms are. Despite being in Manhattan, I was able to rest very well every night without being disturbed by outside noise.

I would definitely stay at Artezen Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, and well-managed hotel in New York City.
