Pros:

Well located comfortable hotel . Subway to downtown footsteps away and near shopping centre and 911 memorial . Friendly reception staff and concierge

Cons:

No breakfast facilities but great cafes around . We went to “suited cafe “nearby for best coffee and gluten free breakfast.

Pros:

We booked a deluxe Queen and a deluxe twin room with two queen beds for €3882 months in advance. Took the non refundable option. For that price the hotel offers fantastic value. Located within 5 minutes walk from the 9/11 memorial and a stones throw from a subway station. Coffee making facilities, the bed and bottled water everyday were all good. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The mango cocktail in the bar upstairs was good. Joe's pizza is just around the corner. A bagel place stones throw from the hotel opens at 7 AM for breakfast. I would however recommend 'Suited' for morning breakfast and coffee (2 minute walk from the hotel). Overall for the price we paid recommended.

Cons:

I always thought American hotel rooms were going to be bigger than comparable ' European hotel rooms' after hearing that American tourist complain about how small European hotel rooms are.... It wasn't the case for this 4 star hotel. However considering the location I'm not complaining.

Loved it. Wouldn't look for another hotel
Pros:

Location is indeed excellent. Some commentary about FIDI being quiet at night, not the case. The hotel amenities were sufficient - clever to have umbrellas available for guest use.

Cons:

The rooms are small, but adequate considering all NYC rooms are. Must say though - it's very thoughtfully furnished. Every possible inch of that room has a space to put clothes, bags, shoes. Very clever.

Great location for a Brooklyn wedding
Pros:

Location was excellent. Had a family wedding in Brooklyn. Really close to major subway stop.

Cons:

We couldn't get steamer to work and neither could some of the other wedding guests staying get there's to work.

Furthermore: super friendly and knowledgeable concierges.
And: Nespresso machine in room.
Room & bed very comfortable.

Cons:

I understand that -even with a full prepaid room- the hotel makes a reservation on a credit card. I don‘t understand the amount (200 $, way more than other hotels we stayed in the last couple of weeks) plus that it will take 3 to 5 work days before the reservation will be ‚released‘

I will stay here the next time I visit.
Pros:

It was small but not too small for three people. Everything was clean. One of the best hotels I’ve been to in NYC (and I’ve been to NYC many times). The staff were amazing also.

Great hotel in downtown NYC
Pros:

This was our second stay at The Artezen, which speaks for itself. The hotel is in a great location with a subway stop right outside and in walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge, WTC and foodspots. The room was perfectly well-equipped, with a large comfy bed, fridge and kettle. Shower was hot and powerful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Balcony space was a nice bonus. We had noticed improvements from our previous stay, and it’s lovely to see that the hotel is listening to its guests. We would absolutely recommend anyone staying here for their trip to New York.

Cons:

Room was on the smaller side for two luggage cases but not unexpected in New York and didn’t impact our stay.

Remek elhelyezkedésű, szép, tiszta szálláshely. Napi takarítás, minden szolgáltatás a leírás szerint. A szobánkból szuper városi kilátás volt a környező épületekre. Az utcazaj nem hallatszott be, így jót lehetett pihenni a kényelmes, nagy ágyban. A tisztaság teljesen megfelelő volt, a fürdőszoba felszereltsége és mérete is rendben volt. Ahogy a leírásban is szerepel kávékapszula és víz minden nap be volt készítve, ennek nagyon örültünk. A szobában volt még egy kis hűtő, ami szintén jól jött. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. A hotel felső emeletén a zárt tetőbár szintén nagyon hangulatos. A legközelebbi metromegálló 1 perc, így mindenhová könnyen el lehet jutni. Városnézésre tökéletes választás volt.

Great little place in a great spot.
Pros:

The room was clean and modern. The water and snacks daily were a nice treat. Staff was so very kind each day. Umbrellas by the door were a nice touch on a rainy day. Location was great - there were two bagel places within a block for breakfast. Right by a subway station and close to lot's of entertainment.

Cons:

The room was small, but we didn't expect much in New York. The bar in the hotel was closed most days for private events which was unfortunate.
