Hôtel trés confortable, bien placé et personnel très attentionné !
Pros:

Tout était parait dans notre séjour de 2 nuits à l'hôtel Elimo. Je recommande chaleureusement cet établissement pour visiter Erice mais aussi toute cette partie de la Sicile

Stylish hotel but terrible breakfast and staff
Pros:

Nice and stylish hotel, good panorama from restaurant, close to city center. Receptionist was very helful and gave as all necessary information.

Cons:

Breakfast, disaster for both food and staff. 5 slices of ham for all guest (only we were group of 11), lazy waiter who kept all plates empty and did not care that there is nothing to eat. Breadrolls were so hard that you could break a window with it and there were just 3 breadrolls for all guests and then just an old sendwich. We had to go for breakfast after we checked out to grab some food in nearby restarants as hotel breakfast was a huge disappointment.
