DON’T STAY YOU WON’T BE HAPPY WITH THE PARKING, THE ROOM OR THE SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF

I DIDN’T LIKE THAT YOU DID NOT HAVE ANYONE AND I MEAN THIS SINCERELY ANYONE INSIDE THE HOTEL TO ASSIST WITH CHECK-IN APPARENTLY IT’S OWNED BY A SINGLE ORDER WHO OUTSOURCES THE CHECK-IN TO A THIRD PARTY WHO LIVES NEARBY. THERE WAS NO PARKING. THERE IS A PARKING LOT 2 BLOCKS AWAY THAT IS IS PRICEY AND YOU HAVE TO GET UP BY 7AM OR 8AM TO PAY THE METERS OTHERWISE YOU ARE GOING TO SPEND 100 ON PARKING HAD I KNOWN ALL THIS I WOULD HAVE STAYED SOMEWHERE ELSE TRAVELING ALONE WITH A 2 SUITCASES AND A RENTAL CAR WALKING 2 BLOCKS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE IS A BITCH. A REALLY NICE “MANAGER” OR CO-OWNER TOLD ME TO PARK RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOTEL AND THAT I WOULD BE FINE. I STAYED THERE ON MARCH 5, 2026 AND LEFT BY 9AM GUESS WHAT ON APRIL 18 I GOT A BILL FROM HERTZ THAT I GOT A $120 DOLLAR PARKING TICKET OUTSIDE THE HOTEL!!!!! I WILL BE CALLING CONDE NASTE TO REPORT THIS AND I AM NOT SURE WHAT I WILL DO ABOUT THIS “BILL” THAT WAS SO NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME I’M FURIOUS. I WILL BE WRITING A LETTER TO BOOKING.COM AND TO THE HOTEL ITSELF. NOT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR THE PRICE HAD I KNOWN I WOULD BE CHARGED $120 FOR PARKING I WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR SURE AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL. WHEN YOU COUPLE THIS WITH NO TELEVISION?? WTF??? IT’S A ROKU STICK AND NO CHANNELS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
