Stuff very nice everyone but special thanks to Regis who organised our left Passport back from Orlando this hotel could

Staff very friendly

Regis Helped us to get our passports back from Orlando what we left in an other hotel in Orlando 3 hours away
He organised in 10 min with hotel security and uber driver
Without him i missed my flight to London !
Thanks and i will remember for him forever !

Pool amazing view day and night!
Thats why i chose the hotel
The facilities is not too much, The gym is okay the hotel itself boring but The View is amazing.
Breakfast was okay for me, but they have a very nice facility and place at the River. They should have serve breakfast there
The rooms are basic but comfortable and large

Very basic standard rooms , I would say very old style
They have space very good settings and the beautiful River very nice ground they could make it better
They have the best views from pool to Miami downtown on the roof

They have this beautiful River, but they don’t use their space ,
Gym facing to the river too they should make it nicer.
It could be a five star unique hotel.

ארוחת בוקר כשרה

בהגעה למלון היתבררלנו כי יד מעטה אחת סוגית ואין מיטה לילד למרות שבהסמנה שאושרה 2 מבוגרים וילד. נאמר כי הילד הוא בחינם ולכן אין מיטה אז הוא ישן על הריצפה ? לאחר שיחה ארוכה הוסיפו לנו מיטה בידר שהיה קטן מלהכיל אבל אין ברירה .... בהמשך הקבלה קיבלנו את השוברים לארוחת הבוקר לשלושה ימים והם זוגיים בלבד בלנרות שוב שההזנה ניסגרה ואושרה לשתי מבוגרים וילד . םדיברי נציגצ הקבלב שוב הילד הוא בחינם ולכן יש לשלם עבור הארוחות שלו 30 דולר ומיסים ליום כלומר 90 דולר + 10% מיסים .לא שילמתי ופניתי מיד לשירות הלקוחות של בוקינג שחזרו למחרת בבוקר והסברצי לה שגם באתר של ם לא רשום דבר על הנושא.
לאחר שיחה עם הנציגה שהשאירה אותי בהמתנה ושוחחה עם המלון אמרה לי שהעניין סגור ושנרד לקבלה לקבל שובר עבור הילד . בקבלה חא הסכימו ואמרו לי שנציגה מבוקינג כלל לא שוחחה שם עם אף נציג . בעול מיקאה אמרה תכנעס את הילד רק היום ואדבר עם המנהל בהמשך היום.
עד השעה 18 בערב לא קיבלתי תשובה והיא חא השיגה את המנהל .
אמרתי שבסדר שאני עשלם ושצוציא לי פערוט וקבלה עבור התשלום ושבוקינג הבטיחו לי שהם יחזירו לי את הכסף והם ידרשו את זה מהמלום זאת האיריות שלהם ( אכן כך מסרה לי הנציגה של בוקינג) .
בסופו של דבר הסכימה מחוסר ברירה ואחרי התעקשות של יום שלם שהילד יכנס לאכול ללא תשלום.

מלון מצויין. שווה למי ששומר כשרות.

ארוחת בוקר כשרה ונחמדה. בית כנסת במלון זה נוח. חניון מצויין עם שירות VALET

Cons:

ארוחת ערב בשישי יקרה מאוד (חבל).
כנראה קיבלנו חדר נגיש אז המקלחת קצת מוזרה.

Os funcionários são mal humorados
Tirando os da recepção que foram educados a grande maioria são mal humorados principalmente os funcionários do restaurante do café da manhã...todo dia, mal tinham vontade de responder ou servir algo.. eu dava bom dia eles viravam a cara sem responder parecia que meu sorriso incomodava, o cara do omelete so me sorriu e foi simpático um dia mas ok.
A limpeza tive um dia dentro do quarto e nem passaram aspirador o quarto cheira horrível do carpete velho misturado c a maresia fede mofo... as paredes cheia de umidade e barulho de água pelas paredes...eu sinceramente pelas fotos e pelo valor estava com expectativas bem maiores para o hotel ....mas se trocarem por carpete de madeira os quartos ou piso frio ...pintarem derem uma leve mexida o hotel tem enorme potencial... outra coisa absurda o hotel cobrar um absurdo para parar o carro dei sorte que minha prima estava nu. Predio próximo e parei c ela se nao gastaria uma fortuna podia pra quase nem usar o carro.

Rooms show noticeable signs of wear. Our first room had such thin walls one could hear normal-tone conversations from next door. The room had no coffee maker, and the phone did not have a dial tone.
Breakfast, which is purportedly very good, does not start until 8:30 AM. Definitely not geared to early travelers.
Reception is terrible. After a call to the hotel did not find our reservation; we rebooked, and they charged us twice, although the receptionist said she would straighten out the account. On top of that, they overcharged,
There are better places to stay.

Pros:

This hotel is a 3 star at best. The first room we were given had walls made of paper, you could follow the normal conversation next door. No raised voices at all. It also had no coffee maker, considering that this hotel does not offer breakfast until 8:30 AM, this is a problem. The phone did not work, could not call reception.
The rooms are ok not updated, with signs of wear.
When we first made reservations, we did not get any confirmation, and in a call to the hotel 2 weeks later, they told us they had no such reservation. We made a new reservation through Booking. When we arrived there, they said we had 2 reservations! We explained and the receptionist said she would take care of it.
When we checked the charges, they double-charged, and one of the reservations was overcharged.
All around, not worth the hassle. Will definitely stay somewhere else.
