Top Lage, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir waren zu viert und uns wurde zum gleichen Preis ein Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit 2 Queensize Bett gegeben. Haben 1 Zimmer mit 1 Quuensize Bett mit ausziehbaren Divan gebucht. Frühstück auch für Europäer gut.

Cons:

Der einzige Punkt war für uns, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte und die Klimaanlage schon ziemlich laut war.

Bardzo fajny taras ładnym widokiem. Obsługa mieszana - mieli problem, bo barman był nieobecny i było trochę zamieszania z zamówieniami ale Pani z recepcji, która go zastępowała radziła sobie super i to z uśmiechem na ustach, nawet przy nietypowych zamówieniach (drinki).

Of two elevators only one worked and has been down for two weeks
Off season, breakfast was busy and no plates, selections out of stock and took long to replace

Could be a great hotel if you inspire your staff to be more friendly and get the maintenance person to quieten the AC

Staff seemed cold and impersonal (never asked how our stay was, etc).

The air conditioning was horrendously loud in the room (even on low fan). So much so we had very little sleep and had to turn it off eventually.
