Safe bet if you want to stay in Page
Pros:

First of all the hotel’s manager goes above and beyond to make sure each guest’s needs are met, really exceptional! It was also located in a silent street on a hill as opposed to usual Hyatt place locations close to highways so appreciated that. It was also 2 min drive to all food places and gas station. Room was worn out but clean, and lobby has definitely been renovated or was relatively new as it felt modern and pleasant!

Cons:

Despite the manager’s efforts, we could tell the property was understaffed - 20 min wait for a tea in the bar as staff had a hard time understanding what I wanted, placing the order, deciding who was going to take care of making the tea and then 10 min to figure out how to charge me (also almost accidentally charging me 16 USD for 3 dollar tea)…

All’arrivo la camera assegnata era visibilmente sporca; lo staff ci ha permesso di cambiare stanza, ma anche la seconda camera non soddisfaceva gli standard minimi di pulizia. Segnalo inoltre la mancanza di una cassaforte in camera, elemento che considero fondamentale per la sicurezza dei propri effetti personali.Il personale del front office, in particolare il turno notturno, è stato freddo e non saluta mai, comportamento che ho trovato scortese e poco professionale nei confronti degli ospiti.La colazione è stata deludente: prevalgono prodotti confezionati e non c’è alcuna alternativa per chi è intollerante al latte, se non il caffè o il tè. Per chi ha esigenze alimentari questo rappresenta un problema serio.

Carino il terrazzo da dove si può godere un bel tramonto
