worst "apartment" ive ever stayed in.
Pros:

Central to the city

Cons:

no power outlets in the living area, TV only in the Bedroom, No smart TV, windows in living area locked, TV mount broken, had to remake bed on arrival.

Pros:

Situated at a good place.
Member of staff who came to see the Aircon , worked on the evening shift.

Cons:

Smaller than expected, Aircon was poor , dusty on window frames and wall lamps , bathroom had stains on walls , receptionist not welcoming

Fabulous hotel, amazing room, great location especially for the AO Arena, will defo visit again!
Pros:

Beautiful room, wasnt expecting a full kitchen! Lovely big bed, big tv and a sofa. Nice views to.

Cons:

Unfortunately at check in the girl on the desk tried charging me x3 different prices despite me having a booking confirmation for a lower amount. In the end my reservation price was honoured.

Great stay in a brilliant location
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location and a good room. The room itself is nice and spacious, plenty of space especially for the price range. I'll be returning.

Cons:

No major issues at all, it took us a while to find out room due to the layout but that was it really.

tolle Lage, imposantes Gebäude, Croissant, Kaffe und Wasser in der Lobby, gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, gute Verkehrsanbindung

Cons:

kleines Zimmer, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, Zimmer wird nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt.

Lovely stay, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

The facilities and restaurants within the Corn Exchange were lovely. Having discounts at restaurants was a very nice touch! Conveniently located for the city centre too.

We honestly had a lovely time. Nothing more to say really! Thanks again.

Great centrally located and parking was easy in the Q Park close by.
Pros:

It was a little smaller than I expected but perfectly clean and adequate although a couch instead instead of two chairs may have been nice for relaxing. There was no view from the window window except for a roofing and other windows. I didn’t use the fitness Centre as I only stayed overnight, but for our purposes, it was brilliant really close to the AO Arena, which is why we booked
