Within a beautiful old building and very central.
Location was brilliant.

The spacious and comfortable room. The accessibility to so many things around the hotel.
Staff watched me drag my huge suitcase and chiller bag up the stairs to the lobby, I explained I'd had a terrible journey due to the M6 motorway being closed due to an accident, to which the receptionist replied, " your room is paid for but you still owe the £2 City Tax" I said that was fine but could I take my things to my room and come back down to pay as my card was packed in my suitcase to which the receptionist said no. After asking to see the manager I was allowed to my room, which required me to carry my suitcases down further steps and stairs. Rather than cause an injury , I took my things back down to reception and asked for another room which I was grudgingly given. When I entered the room I found the decor old and tired and the heat was stifling. I tried to open the window, screwed shut..I tried to change the air conditioning set at 25 degrees..not working. I called reception six times, no answer. So once again got the lift back down the stairs to find the receptionist sat at the very desk and telephone I'd been calling. I asked if a member of staff could come to my room and show my how to use the air-conditioning unit. To which I was told no, only maintenance can do that and they are not on site.I asked what I could do and was told we can give you another room..I explained that, it was getting late, this was my second room and I had already unpacked. I also explained that if I did move to another room and still could not work the unit as I had not been shown how, I could be moving rooms all night..they got me a fan. Im still here, I would check out if City Suites opposite where I stay regularly had rooms this evening but had a short notice appointment I had to make. Budget aparthotel book at your own risk.
Minutes walk from Stoller Hall where I was going to a concert and Victoria Station.
Plenty of choice of places to eat in the same building.
Well equiped spotless room with kitchen area., desk and comfy sofa.
There vwas nothing I didnt like.

The aircon doesn't work
We were allocated a room which was not the best.Our view faced the dome .We would have much preferred facing the street.We have been several times to this hotel and always had a street view.We probably would have mentioned it to reception if we had stayed more than 1 night
Not much tbh
There was no bar or any kitchen equipment. When I went to reception and asked for glasses they said they didn’t have any. The hotel was also noisy.
Staying at this hotel was awesome. The room was outstanding with great level of detail for what was required to work also relax.
Staff are brilliant and very helpful.

Très bon emplacement, hôtel magnifique, commodités à proximité (très bon restaurant indien dans la cour), café/thé/chocolat chaud à volonté (gratuit), et croissants offerts le matin (très bon croissants !!).
Super chambre, et salle de bain très propre. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable, nous reprendrons cet hôtel sans hésiter pour notre prochain voyage !
I had a lovely time during my stay at roomz Victoria. Staff were very helpful and friendly. On the desk Emily was friendly and very quick to check us in and tell us about the hotel amenities which made us feel at home. Thank you we had a lovely stay. Would definitely come again.
Sehr zentrale, kleine Appartements mit Küche in einem schönen alten Gebäude. Alles drin was man braucht. Sogar ein kleines " Frühstück " ist enthalten :Croissants und Kaffee umsonst.
Manchester Kathedral und das" Old Quarter" 1 Minute entfernt 👌
Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, daher durchgehend Klimaanlage. Wenn das nicht stört: Hauptgewinn.
