Nice room with comfortable bed and enough space for 2 persons. Good breakfast.

Cons:

- I have asked receptionist for a help with a food allergy. No help and they said than in Belgrade all the pharmacies are closed on Sundays. Therefore, my friend with food allergy was suffering until checkout, when we went outside and noticed that right the next door pharmacy works on Sunday. And a lot of pharmacies (almost all) around the hotel work on Sunday. Please make some training for staff.
- Water in shower goes outside the cabin and the whole bathroom is full water each time.
- The sheet of hotel rules which is given while check-out looks like a list of threats. Looks pity for a modern hotel.
- Was additionally charged for some insurance additionally to the city tax WITHOUT WARNING. Ciity tax is mentioned as a part of the deal on Booking com, while any insurance is not mentioned and this extra has been charged without informing me while I was suggested to pay for the city tax ONLY. 4 euros is not a big deal, but feels like a fraud.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I arrived about 2 hours early, I just asked if I could charge my phone downstairs while I wait and they kindly allowed me to check right in.

The location was awesome & the room was so comfortable and clean
