Bardzo kameralny, przyjemny obiekt.
Pros:

Było bardzo czysto, pięknie schludnie właśnie tego oczekuje od tego typu apartamentu

Čistota ubytovania, lokalita.

Cons:

Neskutočná zima na izbe na prízemí vedľa kuchynky.
Na izbe bola citeľne nižšia teplota ako v exteriéry, čo bolo v noci veľmi nepríjemné. Radiátor vypnutý, žiadny ohrievač nebol k dispozícii, preto bolo nevyhnutné spať v hrubých ponožkách, dlhom pyžame, v mikine a až po nos prikrytou perinou.
Veľké mínus kvôli zime.

Viskas vyko sklandžiai, gražiai be nemalonių staigmenų
Pros:

Gera vieta. Maloni šeimininkė, patiko bendrauti su žmogumi veidas į veidą, o ne elektroninėmis "botu"-robotų pavidalu. Šeimininkė turi praeities sąsajų su Vilniumi. Virtuvėlė puiki. Gera, erdvi automobilių nemokama stovėjimo aikštelė. Maloniai, raminančiai čiurlena šalia esantis upelis. Paslauga tikrai verta savo nedidelės kainos.

Cons:

Šalia kelio esančioje reklaminiame skyde galėtų būti žymiai didesnis šriftas namo numeris 19b, nes ant skydo matosi didelis namo numeris 19c. Taigi sustojus teko vaikštinėti ir ieškoti, kaip ten įvažiuoti prie Chałubińskiego19b.
