Totul a fost la superlativ. Suita a fost superbă, foarte curată și confortabilă, cu o priveliște minunată. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil, atent și profesionist. Locația este excelentă, iar atmosfera și serviciile ne-au făcut sejurul în Mykonos cu adevărat special.
Всегда стараемся брать отели с минимум 9 звезд на Букинг и есть с чем сравнить, но этот отель просто покорил нашу семью! Очень понравилась буквально всё! Локация шикарная с потрясающим видом , очень внимательный и чуткий персонал идеальная уборка и чистота в отеле! Супер полезный и вкусный завтрак. Отель новый , по территории и на пляж тебя возят на новеньком Мини купире , который буквально через несколько минут после звонка уже находится у тебя под номером . Жили в сьюте со своим бассейном и шикарным видом! Так же нам предложили бесплатный поздний выезд в день отъезда, что тоже было очень приятно ))Очень сильно рекомендую , спасибо большое за такой прием !

They always check up on you and provide the best care possible. The hotel is beautiful and all the pools are so relaxing. Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly made our experience so special was the incredible team.
The level of hospitality, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care we received was exceptional. We were always welcomed with a smile and made to feel not just like hotel guests, but like friends.
A very special thank you to Ms. Elena, truly the BEST manager! 🤩 Her warmth, professionalism, attention to every detail, and the way she takes care of her guests and her team are remarkable. She is a huge part of what makes this hotel so special.
And a huge thank you to Connie, Chris, Christos, Denis, Vaggelis, Elina, and Jenny, cleaning staff all securities . Every single one of you contributed to making our stay memorable. Your smiles, kindness, helpfulness, and wonderful attitude made such a difference every day.
It is quite rare to find a hotel where you remember so many members of the team by name after you leave — and I think that says everything about the quality of the people working here.

Shower pan was too small causing water to be all over the floor when showering. Water should be included complementary at this price point!
The room was surreal. We expected much and still, reality exceeded our expectations. Our Terra Suite was incredible. The staff was super helpful from even before we checked in. They have assisted my boyfriend to prepare a lovely birthday surprise for me (cake and flowers) for when we arrived. Housekeeping was very accommodating. Our room was and felt very clean throughout our whole stay. Special thanks to Elina, Christos, Connie and Jenny who helped us with absolutely everything we needed, from check in till check out and many thanks to the grooms Christos and Vaggelis and all the guys there for the super express and pleasant rides and lovely talks around the property. We would also like to thank the whole team at the spa for the amazing treatments and their kindness. 10 out of 10 across the board. We are definitely going back next year!!!

The location, room, staff and daily breakfast were all amazing! We loved our stay!
A couple things that could take this place to the next level - refill water bottles and coffee in the room daily. We were always parched and went several times to refill our plastic water bottles in the gym. This is standard for nicer hotels, such as this one.
Offer body lotion in the room. Greece is so dry and the other toiletries offered were so nice, body lotion would be the perfect.
