Pros:

Nuestra estancia en Caldera’s Memories fue toda una sorpresa, y sin duda superó nuestras expectativas. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy cómodos y disfrutamos de un alojamiento que destaca en todos los aspectos.

Las instalaciones son impecables, muy cuidadas y con muchísimo encanto. La piscina es espectacular y, junto con las vistas, ofrece probablemente uno de los mejores lugares de toda Santorini para disfrutar del atardecer. Es difícil imaginar un sitio mejor para relajarse después de un día recorriendo la isla.

La ubicación también es un gran acierto. Está en una zona muy accesible, cuenta con aparcamiento gratuito en el propio hotel y, al encontrarse prácticamente en el centro de la isla, permite llegar con facilidad a los principales puntos de interés sin tener que hacer largos desplazamientos.

Pero si hay algo que realmente marca la diferencia es el personal. El chico que nos servía el desayuno fue siempre muy amable y atento, haciendo que cada mañana empezara de la mejor manera. El recepcionista de la mañana también fue de gran ayuda, recomendándonos dónde era mejor aparcar el coche según el lugar que fuéramos a visitar, un detalle que nos facilitó mucho nuestros recorridos.

Y una mención muy especial para Kalliopi, la recepcionista de la tarde. Su trato fue excepcional durante toda nuestra estancia. Siempre estaba sonriendo, dispuesta a ayudar y pendiente de que todo fuera perfecto. En varias ocasiones nos reservó restaurantes para cenar, algo que se agradece muchísimo cuando no dominas el idioma, además de recomendarnos lugares y resolver cualquier duda que nos surgía. Personas como ella hacen que una estancia pase de ser muy buena a convertirse en inolvidable.

En definitiva, todo fue perfecto. Si volvemos a Santorini, no tendríamos ninguna duda en alojarnos aquí de nuevo. Lo recomendamos al 100 %.

Nous avions pris la suite deluxe. Magnifique ! La vue depuis notre chambre et la piscine est juste incroyable et à couper le souffle, surtout au coucher du soleil 🤩 Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et aux petits soins.

Cons:

La piscine était gelée 😅 Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit prévu à l'intérieur uniquement...

A beautiful and very private hotel with stunning views of the caldera. The location between Fira and Oia is perfect, and the hiking trail is right nearby. The views along the walk are something you will never forget. A great place to relax, enjoy 🤩
